Worst hotel!!! Never again. They stole from us!!! We accidently left a bag there with items we purchased during the stay. We called 6 times and of course... you guessed it! No one found anything. Complete lie!!! Room was damp. Smelled moldy. Very bad!!! Even toilet paper was damp. Room looked nice, but smelled so bad we tried to open sliding door to try and help but the screen door had a huge hole and the door wouldn't shut completely. No internet service at all!!! TV was bad. Service stank. They wanted $13.00 for a breakfast which was poor at best. This place is a joke!!! Rooms ... had to walk down many flights of steps. It was awful. They had golf carts, but didn't use them to help guests at all. Had to drag suitcases down to the bottom if a hill in a very bad storm. They offered no help. Stole stole stole from us. Never trust them ever!!!! I would rate a BIG FAT ZERO!!!!!!!!

Patrick and Euvan at the front desk were very nice and helped my family out. Comfortable beds and amazing view ! Nice breakfast and a pool to jump in after a long day exploring. Hotel is right on the bay and has a river that runs along the side of the hotel. Amazing sunsets.

This is our second visit. Our visit two years ago was great. This time was very disappointing. Quality of rooms varies widely, so guests are advised to specify needs in advance and then check out the assigned room.

PRO:
- Fantastic view overlooking preserve
- Excellent location, near shops & restaurants.
- Clean room with comfortable bed
- Friendly, efficient, caring staff.
- Good shower w/excellent water pressure
- Convenient parking

CON:
- Safety concerns - Some rooms are accessed only by a sliding glass patio door with a finicky lock that takes tinkering to latch. Room keys are metal keys attached to a tag with the hotel name, address, & room number which seems dangerous since anyone finding the key could open the specific guest room.
- A/C needs updating on 1st floor: Before requesting a move to a higher floor, our ground floor room's carpet was wet and seal around A/C was exposed to the outside, so ants were coming in.
- No elevator - Which is a concern when carrying luggage as there are steep ramps and lots of stairs, depending on room location.
- Inconsistent Internet service - dropping unexpectedly.
- Decor was very "hodge-podge". Rooms have varied, older pieces that seem as if purchased at random. All in good condition, but makes this property look more like a cottage rental rather than a chain hotel.

This property has high potential, but needs upgrading before we would stay again.
