We can’t say enough great things about this place. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else . The staff is awesome, the hotel is awesome (we can always count in a super clean room with comfy sheets and pillows), the atmosphere, location and restaurant rock!

This was the most amazing inn we've ever been too! Everything was perfect - the personal touches, food, distance to the beach, amenities, and attention to detail. We could not stop marveling our entire stay and wished we could've stayed longer than two nights. HIGHLY recommend!!
Waking up to fresh muffins and coffee is just the beginning of a Higgins Beach Inn stay. Staff are attentive throughout the day. Rooms are clean and beds super comfortable. The wide beach at low tide is great for long walks and is just a 3 minute walk from the inn.
Overall, my experience at this bed and breakfast was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the exceptional reception staff and the cleanliness and charm of the room. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat.
