We were very happy with this resort. The room was clean and comfortable but we really enjoyed the peaceful location overlooking the bay. It was pleasant to sit on the docks and look at the waterfowl. The staff were efficient and granted every request. Everyone we interacted with gave top notch friendly service. We attended the complimentary happy hour and were pleased that you could take your beverage to the outdoor areas and view the beach.
I would not hesitate to recommend this resort and plan to visit again. I have stayed at many hotels on SPB and this is my favorite.

Was not disappointed ! Loved it! Great location , great service ! Will definitely stay here again. All employees were extremely helpful and polite!! We did not have a car , most things are within walking distance. Walgreens is right next door. Publix grocery store within walking distance. We used free beach rides when we wanted to go farther

Terrific. What a gem! Our stay was wonderful and part of what made it wonderful was the welcoming friendliness of all the staff members. Their attention to detail and their anticipation of guests' needs and wants were obvious. We stayed in an efficiency room in the Bayview just steps from the marina and boat docks. The wildlife watching right from our private deck was so relaxing. I think I enjoyed this more than being on the beachside because of our relaxing view and ground floor view of the bay so close up. We had easy access to the beach at one of the three other properties, but I don't think we got the best accomodations being on the marina side. Something else that I admire about this resort is their commitment to water conservation and recycling. Their efforts are commendable.
