Large 2 bedroom unit with nice new living room furniture located across the street from the beach access foot path. Once you’re at the beach, you’ll have to walk a very short distance past the small wildfire sanctuary area, which is an open area with signage. Beach was lovely and fewer people at this end rather than the northern end. You’ll need to drive to most restaurants, altho a few could be accessed by sidewalks within a mile. It should be noted that they’re widening the road out front for quite a distance, which will add a middle turn lane. We would definitely like to return.

D1, D2, D3 and K1 , K2, K3 all have obstructed views. Your balcony and the window from the master will be staring at a wall of the other building. 7 feet is between the balcony and the wall for the other buildings. Layout on website is misleading. D1 and K1 have an advantage of being on the first floor and walking out to the pool. BUT then everyone in the resort will pass by your balcony. You will not get any sun into these rooms. Bathrooms are very dated and the water pressure in the showers are very very low. Kitchen has been nicely updated. BUT second bedroom has 2 single beds! The room has space for full size beds!. If you are exchanging into this resort and they cannot guarantee you will NOT be placed in these rooms I would pass on the exchange.
