I would not recommend this resort because of their poor customer service especially with locals. Paid $210 for Ocean View (which apparently is their best room) with no breakfast included. They made us wait 2hrs after check in time to get our room ready , the air con & tv weren't working ,shower pressure was very low. Shift Manager was also rude.
It is unfortunate that your stay with us was affected by an altercation with another drunken guest. It's unfortunate you have sought to tarnish our reputation as a result. We're sorry if your stay with us was not to your satisfaction. Most of our guests enjoy their room, our service and their entire stay.
The worst experience i ever had.During booking it said its a sea view room.afrer I arrived it was a small room with on ventilation .it was so suffocating.next day I was given a sea view room then try demanded for a upgrade fee which I refused to pay. Then again on Sunday I come down to the same room again.Pool and environment very dirty no parking for vehicle for pickup and drop off.
We have delayed responding to your comments due to the circumstances during your stay. Our request to TripAdvisor to report this review was not resolved. As you were advised, you received the room you booked. When we offered to upgrade you to another available room, you declined because of the additional cost. It's unfortunate your stay with us could not have ended more amicably.
Place was lovely. My kids had the pool to themselves. The guy on the nightshift was very friendly and very welcoming. The girl however is very laid back. Towels were provided for all 5 of us, one set for the beach and one set for the room.Very disappointing that there were no doormats available especially since the hotel is near the beach and the pool. Asked for yolky eggs and it returned fully cooked. Asked the 2nd time round for sunny side up eggs and it still came back fully cooked. Further asked for the fruit option which they had on their breakfast menu and she says "we haven't gone to the market" my gawd..So like I said, the girl needs to up her customer service skills.
Apart from that, it's beautiful.

I've stayed here many times, and it's always a nice oasis along the Wailoaloa strip, away from the backpacker madness. I stayed recently during COVID and had a nice surprise. I'd expected the hotels to be empty but all the bars along the beach were open and catering to a mix of people for lunch, dinner and sunset drinks. Really nice atmosphere, live music one night I was there, bit of volleyball on the beach, and of course the usual sunsets. Highly recommend others check it out while the regular backpackers are away!

It is a small hotel, but that made interaction with other clients very easy!
The hotel is located on a very nice beach and is adjacent to other hotels and resorts, so you will have things to do in the evenings. Also, the hotel offers performances some days.
The service was GREAT and everybody was very friendly and helpful. You can also arrange with them some very nice excursions!
