Great place, awesome staff and lots of activities. Room was clean and housekeeping was OUTSTANDING, especially Ms Michelle W. Did an amazing job keeping the room very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hats off to the Warwick Resort Paradise Island-Bahamas! I look forward to my next stay.

I will preface this review by noting that even for the most basic of rooms this is not a cheap hotel. It is adults only which was the appeal for me but by the end of my stay i would rather share the grounds with kids. The hotel grounds are very small similar to an apartment complex....the halls are dark and the rooms are old.

Houskeeping was horribleeeee. They do not have enough resources (towels wash cloths etc) for their guests and the linen is stained and ripped. They literally took our wash cloths and neverrrr replace them. We came back after longs days between 4 and 5pm and all our hung up wash cloths were gone wish 0 replacements (a daily occurrence) At this point I feel like I was managing the staff my entire stay it was ridiculous.

While it is all inclusive the drinks are mediocre at two bars which are not open at the same time, and the food is mediocre. We could not bring food to the room unless they put it on a paper plate which again we were given shaming looks and responses upon request and overall felt like a very restrictive stay.

We tried 2 of the 3 resturants on the grounds bot were quite small. Our first experience was at "Tings on Sticks". The food here was pretty good but the service left much to be desired. The waiter Dwight was in a rush with us and I felt very pressured and anxious which really ruined my evening. He didn't talk to us other than to take our orders and never came to check on us, take another drink order or refill our water. I suffer from anxiety and vacation should be a place I could relax and feel taken care of and it was quite the opposite. I felt like I was bothering him and I just really had a crappy experience.

Restaurant 2 "Edgewater Grill" was really nice. It outdoors overlooking the water and just so serene. Our waiter Jarvis was so sweet and welcoming the polar opposite of our initial experience which was a relief. The food was also very good here.

The staff was ok not rude not friendly either. The four nights we spent here we were able the reach the front desk by phone exactly once and needed to go down to the lobby constantly which was frustrating because again interactions with the staff is far from pleasant.

Overall the stay was ok if just for a place to rest your head and not looking for a relaxing stress free vacation. My the end of my 4 night stay I was completely over this hotel 10/10 would not recommend

Ian was so pleasant as a host. He gave us great seats and by the second day remembered all of our orders. He gave us great recommendations and constantly made sure he came to check on us. I would definitely come back.
