Not the first time I’ve been here but won’t the the last either . Tremendous selection of tapas and a pleasant terrace for those who prefer to dining alfresco . A blend of traditional and fusion tapas which clearly are well thought out using fresh high quality ingredients. The patatas bravas are even exciting here (not something I usually order ) and unusually feature perfectly boiled potatoes and an amazing salsa . Oysters with ponzu and large prawns with a slightly spicy highlight. But if you aren’t sure what to order there’s a board posted outside featuring the most popular tapas recently ordered by voting customers. The rich chocolate desert was quite exquisite taken between 3 , wines both by the bottle and glass were of good quality slake clearly well sourced . You’d almost think the restaurant were owned by a celebrity chef/restaurateur it’s that good . Service at the right pace and no problem ordering a few small bites before moving on to order some larger dishes , and a few shot at the end . Scores 11 out of ten for me , so delighted to take the time to post this review .

I love Tapas and this was close to my hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu…and the food is amazing! I recommend the “Zoroastrian de Lugo”, how the staff describe it sold it to me and it was the perfect blend of texture and flavour.

I've been coming back to this restaurant for over 6 years like a pilgrim whenever I'm back in Barcelona and it never fails. It will never disappoint. Don't be fooled by the colorful caricature on the walls because the food is still excellent. I really feel their secret is great fresh Galician ingredients and the chefs know how to dial down on the salt. My first time returning since pre-covid times and some things did change. Less staff, the dedicated Jamon cutter was not there any more. The wine list shrank. Some items were not in the menu any more but overall, still a delightful experience. Some might think the prices are a bit high but the ingredients speak for themselves. Still the BEST oysters and mussels and suckling pig I've ever had in any tapas establishment in Barcelona. The veal tenderloin is still delectable. Pulpo was like sweet custard, fresh and perfectly seasoned. Love this place and I wish it all the success so I can continue to patron this wonderful restaurant. It's a must try.

review by an Italian: the menu was completely messed up, there were no well-defined courses. The dishes offered had proportions that made both the waiter and those around us laugh. In Italy we are used to having just one dish for lunch for €15/20, here at this price you can have at most an aperitif, so much so that the waiter told us to share some empanadas thinking it was just the aperitif. Please don't keep giving money to people who just want to scam tourists.

We ordered a dessert called Piña Cocorrón which is cubed pineapple sitting on crashed ice. There was a clot of soggy tissue. My first reaction was a price of coconut flesh, but it turned out to be a piece of tissue. I asked the waiter how could this happened. The waiter to be shocked as the first reaction and then seemed to be apologetic. He can’t speak English, but gestured to us to wait. A moment later, a much older waiter came to us telling the ice is normally covered by tissues and that why part of it was in my dish. No apology. It seems that we were very silly to ask about the tissue. This person when went away and left. We waited ages despite asking for bills to pay. Waiters passed by and not stopped by. We were obviously also charged for Piña Cocorrón…

Such a buzz of a place!!! Wonderful activity and a menu to match. Fabulous tapas dishes to share and paella to die for!!!! Whilst the menu isn't large, it will satisfy many customers. Bar provides a variety of wines as well as spirits. Family friendly too which is important for many travellers.

My favorite spanish bar in Dubai! Great food and amazing staff. Gab is one of the best bartenders here in Dubai. He has passion for what he's doing. Always have a great talk with this guy. Will definitely keep coming back to this bar

First restaurant that we ate at in Barcelona. Chose this restaurant prior to visiting the Magic Fountain. Food was amazing especially the paella and desserts. Service was exceptional. Great place to eat on the way to your evening entertainment.

Fresh cooked range of Spanish tapas. The beer was on point. Nice staff and environment. I little bit pricey but worth it. 5 mins walk from the fountain

Service was horrible, failed to bring main course within four hours only got starters, when you ordered drinks you had to wait an hour for them to bring them to you. So over all new years eve was a total disaster we welcomed the new year without even eating even though we waited four hours for food.

We had Tapas, but the display looked so inviting that we tried some non-Tapas dishes. It was worth trying them. But still unbeatable: the steamed potatoes. A must if you are here.

If you are in the Montjuic/ Plaza Espanya area, this is a reliable choice. The best dish by far, and a must order, is the suckling pig. Absolutely a dream with a super thin, crispy skin. If in season, the mushrooms are also a must order. The rest was not as memorable. They open late for lunch, which is great if you want to eat at 3:30 and make it an early dinner.

SO MANY HAIRS AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT, no changed plates or discounts… They were rude, first they said no to serve us paella and they when we said we were leaving they said yes The fish was not fresh. Go to Bosque Palermo instead.
