    WOW
Certainly the main attraction in Cordoba, and lives up to all expectations. Walking around cathedral you are amazed during the whole visit. The pillars and individual praying sections are beautiful done with incredible detail. Atmosphere inside is really good as you can see almost everyone is memorised by the design inside the cathedral. Not only a must for Cordoba but the whole of Spain, you can see why it’s a top 10 destination in the country.

    Amazing Cathedral
What an amazing place!! We had a private tour guide who led us through the entire Cathedral and told us about it's fascinating history. To just view the architecture and hear how it went from being an Arab capital to a Christian Cathedral was so interesting. I highly recommend you take a private or group tour as seeing this place on your own just doesn't do it justice ... you'll miss a lot of the history.

    Amazing landmark in Córdoba
The Cordoba Mezquita is an architectural marvel that left me awe-inspired. Its intricate blend of Islamic and Christian influences is a testament to the rich history it holds. The mesmerizing arches and ornate details create a serene ambiance, perfect for contemplation. Walking through its vast prayer hall felt like stepping back in time. The vibrant courtyard with its lush gardens adds to the tranquil atmosphere. A must-visit for anyone seeking a glimpse into the past and an appreciation for exquisite craftsmanship.

    Stunning, just stunning
This was our first visit, and nothing prepared us for the immensity of the interior. Just jaw dropping, with the huge cathedral in the middle of a mosque that seats 40,000. We bought our tickets on-line and queued early to avoid the crowds, but honestly the place is so big it never felt crowded. There were many attendants there, but it was disappointing to see people wearing headgear and talking loudly, although I saw one attendant tell off a loud German man. We spent 3 hours inside and it hardly seemed like 1. This is a must if you visit Cordoba.

    Good family visit
Just beautiful - worth a visit without doubt. Children got something out of it as well. As a family of 6 it was a good 2 hours well spent. Ages 8-15 Tip- large families do not get large family entrance without a large family entrance card which we did not know Audio books were ok and good for the kids but I found hard to follow where I was with it. Hire them by ticket office but will need to leave a deposit or card 10E was sufficient

    Must see!
Brilliant place to visit. We booked return train tickets & a tour separately whilst on holiday in Sevilla. Simply a magical, unique experience and one that's definitely worth seeing if you have time.

    Amazing!
Amazing place. The mix of the Muslim architecture and Christian art was mind boggling to say the least. The building is a lot larger inside than it seems from the outside, and filled to the brink with statues, paintings and Moorish mosaic. The arches inside are supposed to give the illusion that the mosque is infinite, and it sure seems like it is. Had I visited it alone, I probably would have stayed all day. Much recommended!

    Great place to visit
What a fantastic building, it is such a shame the Catholic Church destroyed its beauty in a way that no longer allows one to experience the Mosque’s ambiance, it must have been incredible when the final extension was completed, even more so to hear the sound of worship. The Catholic parts are as expected but nothing really special, loads of Gold and general Nik Naks the priests he collected over the years, but that part is decidedly average Malaga Cathedral is something to behold and we’ll worth a visit. Despite this the Audio tour is pretty good and allows you to understand the building better. Certainly worth visiting, my only slight criticism is the parking is difficult to find when we went the main carpark was closed and it would have been nice to have directions to an alternate place.

Night tour was worth the trip alone
Went to the night tour which we recommend because it very hot during the day time in Cordoba. The building is mesmerizing and beautiful. It is made more dramatic at night time with the spotlighting of architectural details during the guided voice tour.

    Breathtaking
Out of all the sites we’ve seen in siuthern Spain, this was the most breathtaking. It is truly on holy ground. Be careful when making reservations; there are scores of “tour” companies pretending to be “official” - (even ending in .org, to purposefully confuse people.) Real ticket prices are 13 euro as on sept 2023.
