We actually knew little about NYC locations before booking, we tried to do our research and knew we wanted to be close to the Central Park and close to the Times Sqaure, and this Hilton property was more than perfect for that. Now it is located in a busy area, but from what we can tell, all of NYC is a busy area! We did so much and ate at so many wonderful places on holiday at NYC, we stayed in this hotel that was very clean, the room was very big, and the employees were always available to give us many suggestions and helping us get taxis. I recommend it to anyone.

I liked this resort a lot where staff was friendly and helpful, good location and excellent hospitality. There is no kitchen but when my daughter asked a microwave they set it up in our room and that helped us save money for dinning since my daughter was still afraid to go to restaurants due to COVID we bought takeout a lot. And we could get complementary bottled water as much as we needed that helped us too. The location is awesome where MoMA is just across the street and Central Park is a few blocks away. To Broadway shows just 2-3 subway or 15 minutes walk ! Definitely want to come back !

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We had a great experience. We were checked in by one of the managers JoJo (Jonelle B.). She was amazing! When we got to our room the refrigerator wasn't working. She called for someone to come fix it and followed up to make sure it was done. We were also having a hard time finding menu for room service, she a menu delivered to our room and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. She also sent a sweet note apologizing for any inconvenience which by no means was her fault. That was a great start to our anniversary.

This is a great location for a timeshare exchange. It’s convenient to public transportation and close to Radio City Music Hall and a number of The Hilton Club is on the 36th, 37th, and 38th floors of the New York Hilton Midtown, and check-in is on the 37th floor instead of downstairs in the lobby. My husband and I had a studio room, which was plenty big enough for the week (we’re used to booking two-bedroom units in most places). The room was clean, updated, and well-maintained. Be sure to get one of the discount cards from the concierge for Hilton Grand Vacations on the ground floor – it provides discounts at several nearby restaurants, which is a big help when you’re faced with New York prices.
My biggest gripe with the hotel was the absolutely deplorable condition of Herb N’Kitchen, the small breakfast/takeout restaurant on the ground floor. The seating area was always dirty, with dishes (admittedly paper plates and plastic cutlery) on the tables and overflowing trashcans with trash spilling on the floor, every day we were there. Part of the seating area was blocked off for some unknown reason and, when we tried to sit at a clean table, we were aggressively booted out by someone whose time could have been better spent ensuring that the seating area that was open was fit for human habitation.

I own here. I rarely stay here. The reason? When I do I'm given the smallest room ever. They're supposed to be the same size, but the difference between my room and the room next door was early 2 feet in width. The distance from the end of the bed to the desk in my room was impassible by any human being. Not so next door. The 2 bedroom suite I choose was good. Not equal two bedrooms either - one with a massive bathroom the other with a normal tub. The front desk is aloof and uninformed 90% of the time and unmanned from midnight to 6 am. The property uses the downstairs bar if you want a cocktail and it said it closed at 1130 pm. WHY? The place was packed on Friday night and just as busy Saturday. They stayed open past closing Friday because of that, but not until 130, which would be normal last call. That's where you make the money. Booze is a 500% mark up. We also couldn't get a drink at the bar for the first 45 minutes standing there until I approached the bar manager and asked why. 45 minutes - roughly the cost of 1.5 rounds of drinks for our party of 6 and yet no help. Our table mates ordered 3 glasses of wine each because the service was too bad. This property is not back. It won't be back for some time to come (and i'm sad because i own here).

The two bedroom suite is meant to have one master bedroom and a smaller regular bedroom, this is the way they were designed when the club opened many years ago. Dissatified that there are no benefits for a Hilton Gold member in this property. The light in the bathroom was broken when we arrived. Coffee refills took more than 90 mins to arrive and never replenished until we requested for it. They dont lend umbrellas to guests. We were approached by an empoyee and gave us the Hilton black card with benefits with partner establishments but only at our second last night. Salad at the lounge was below par and missing ingredients listed on the menu. Our order was also incomplete when it arrived. Most disappointing of all, after we stayed here for 7 nights they couldn��t give us complementary luggage storage and wanted us to pay $5 per item if we want our luggage stored after we checked out.

This club has the nicest employees who will do everything to make your stay wonderful. The rooms are clean and quiet with great pillows and mattresses. The location is perfect: next to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, great stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Honestly, however, the hotel itself, the rooms, and the staff make it so nice that you don't always want to leave even though you are in the center of everything. Probably the most important thing to me is the fantastic customer service. That is why I am an owner here.

We were notified in advance that the Lounge was undergoing renovations which would be completed the day after we left, March 7th. As owners of the Hilton Club the Executive Lounge was made available to us which was a great experience.
Staff and accommodations were above expectations. Staff made you feel at home and would always ask if there was anything needed when they saw you in the hallway.
The Hilton Club is located within easy walking distance to Times Square, Theater District, Central Park etc.
We look forward to returning to Hilton Club in a few months.

We were not informed of the renovations occurring during our stay. Check in was confusing, maddening. Makeshift club lounge was overcrowded. Faucets in room were backwards (hot was cold and vice versa). Not what you expect at Hilton!

1 horrible absolutely nightmare experience! Booked two rooms on the 11 and 12 only one room was available after a very long flight we could only get the second room the next day! Staff on 37th floor was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Only person that was helpful was Betsy. We paid for two nights, two rooms! No service, bad WiFi, no water in rooms, dirty rooms. Over priced and totally overrated!
