My photography skills are not the best, so just wanted to give you all a laugh that l flew 1000s of miles and took a picture of Bart Simpson. Luckily my boyfriend is a much better photographer. Bryant, provided and engaging and informative view of the city. The tour also provided plenty of opportunities to get great pictures of the city. If you only have a few days in the city it is a way to check several places off of your list in 6 hours.
The bus was clean and comfortable. They spent their first 4 days in New York and I booked a helicopter trip as a surprise. HeliNY were absolutely amazing! Their communication service was great and they went above and beyond to make the trip happen, despite another couple having pulled out, which left them with a trip booked for just my husband and son. The pilot was amazing and so knowledgeable. They caught the train from Penn Station to Linden Airport and were collected by the HeliNY staff. All in all a most unforgettable trip! Highly recommend as value for money, sights are really good & breaks are perfect for photo moments. - Alina J54 contributionsIt was nice to have timed tickets for entry, though the entry line wasn't very helpful or clear in terms of going in and lining up. we were there at sunset, though not quite fully dark, and the sunset and golden hour views were beautiful. - sandra716Toronto, Canada12 contributionsIt was our first time in NYC with our teen. We pre purchased our tickets online - it was fairly straightforward and entry was smooth. Definitely a lot changes to the experience since our last visit.
The employees were great. One in particular seemed to go out of his way to ensure everyone was having a great experience. Melvin was very kind and pleasant, speaking with fellow visitors with the same enthusiasm and engaging, even with the little ones. He was very authentic, and honestly, it made my day to observe how he spoke with each person.
The views from the 86th floor do not disappoint. It was busy but we still got to the front and took some great pics.
The museum area was interactive and we learned a lot about the Building.

It’s just the right amount of time to get be on the Hudson River and get to the New York skyline with a live narration from the tour guide. You go under 2 bridges and pass the Statue of Liberty. You even stay there for a little bit to make sure you can take pictures.
Steve was our tour guides. He was thorough, informative and shared that he was born in queens. He is a an authentic New Yorker. I appreciated his knowledge and humor.
Great job Steve you added your New Yorker flavor to this experience.
