Nestled amidst the splendor of the iconic Burj Khalifa, the Armani Hotel Dubai garners praise for its enviable location, especially from photography enthusiasts, due to its proximity to the Dubai Mall. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, with guests often highlighting meticulous upkeep. Luxurious amenities, including a spa and pool, along with coveted direct access to Dubai Mall, receive frequent commendation. While the serene atmosphere and elegant decor contribute to a relaxing experience, the attentive and professional service further enhances guest stays. Rooms are lauded for their modernity and comfort, offering stunning views, though a rare critique surfaces regarding room quality. Despite occasional upselling and service delays, many travelers regard the hotel as a good value proposition.

It was great to organize the Convocation Ceremony for our Institution's pass-out students (Genius Educational Services) on 17th of January, 2020 at Armani Hotel / Ball Room, Burj Khalifa, Dubai. It was indeed a great moment for us to conduct this ceremony at the prestigious Burj Khalifa Hotel, the worlds tallest Hotel and Building. Indeed it was an honour for us to serve our students and guests at this great Hotel which infact added value to our Institution's name.
Moreover, the credit for the success of this event goes to the managemenet team of Armani Hotel, specailly Mr. Joby Antony, the Asstt. Events Manager who put all his efforst and hard work to make this occassion a successful one. He cooperated from the day one to the day of the event and we thank him for all his support and cooperation. It is also added here that the Banquet Team comprising of M/s. Yousef, Bony, the Chefs, Reslan and Ashwini all gave their fullest support and help in making this event a very successful one. Infact all the arrangements including the Ball Room / the dining area were superbly maintained and the quality of the food was all tasteful and upto the standard. We thank you all for making this event a great moment to be remembered for long and we look forward to have more events like this in future. Thanks again.

We stayed for one night for a quick lay over on our way to Africa. The Armani hotel in in the iconic Burj Khalifa. It is a beautiful and luxurious property, great for a quick stay in Dubai on business or leisure.

This our second time in Dubai; previously we stayed at the Ritz Carlton IFC and Park Hyatt in the Dubai Creek area. For a quick stay, Armani Dubai was a great choice. The physical asset of the hotel is beautifully well maintained; it is very hard to beat the panoramic view of the Dubai fountain and linked to the Dubai mall via underground/covered paths. It is very convenient luxurious property situated right in CBD on Sheikh Zayed Road. The furnishings in the rooms are slightly worn but are still nice and comfortable.

If you are a leisure traveler looking to explore Dubai, I would say the hotel location is a little far from the Jumeirah beach area and other popular tourist destinations. For short business stay, this hotel is great!

The Indian restaurant is superb quality... our favorite in the world so far! Also the spa experience was pretty great too!

This place is 5-star but it's not for everyone. I had a fountain suite which was spacious but on a lower floor (the higher floors are smaller) and there is a terrace between you and the views, and you cannot use the terrace. The room decor is OK but not great and the curve all over the place are a bit disorienting. The bathroom was pretty large; I didn't like the fact that the body wash came in a 150 ML bottle which meant you couldn't take it home in a carry-on bag. The corner suite had good views but the view from the Palace Downtown across the lake was much better and i had a balcony and a view of the Burj Khalifa. At least the windows were quiet and the shows stop at 11.
The gym was good and there is a small outdoor pool (but no indoor pool), but the pool and spa close at 10, which was not a thrill because if you arrive in the evening you want to be able to use those things into the night. The Bulgari hotel facilities stay open till 11.
Breakfast buffet is very large and of good quality. That was a high point in my visit.
The property is not the easiest to make your way around. There is a path to the mall but it is a long and meandering walk and I kept getting lost. The advantage is that you are in a hotel next to the big mall. Unless you realize better, the 5 minute walk to the metro can take over half an hour at a brisk pace. I thought it would be convenient for going to the Expo but just take the taxi and forget about it. The hallways in the hotel that lead to rooms felt more like gilded cellblocks in a jail. You either like it or you don't. Also, I found that anytime I went to the front desk for anything (ie: checkin, get my luggage that was in storage, get some change for smaller bills) it took longer than I expected.
One drawback here is that there is a lot of traffic around this mall so getting in and out of this hotel in a taxi is not always quick, especially in the evenings. Unless you want to be taking shopping bags from the mall to your hotel room, I'd avoid this part of town.

Been staying at Armani Hotel for the past 3 years, every time i visit Dubai.
The rooms and the view are breathtaking. The first 2 times staying at Armani, was the best experience of all time, however The 3rd and 4th visit were VERY disappointing.
Inside the rooms, they no longer offer Italian glassed bottles of water nor glassed italian sparkling water bottles. Instead they are plastic water bottles with Armani logo on it. They no longer provide clients with Italian toothpaste called Marvis. They no longer provide complimentary soft drinks.( the first two times, this was complimentary.) They no longer provide you with 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners nor 2 shower gels, but only 1 shampoo/body wash (2 in 1) and 1 conditioner. They have seen to down grade on a lot of things yet the prices per night remain the same?!
These little details is what amazed me the first 2 times I visited Armani Hotel and what made it worth every cent. It was incomparable to other Hotels and this is what i expect when for what i pay for. But now.. everything has changed.
Breakfast in one word is - unwelcoming.
Thinking it would be one of the best breakfasts to have, no. It is unorganized. It takes 10-15min aprox. to have your simple machine coffee given to you. More than 20min for your omelet to be made. Its just a waist of money. And everyday, for the past 7 days, its always the same foods. During my breakfasts, i would always hear people complaining about the service.
I will give this hotel one other chance, as i do love the location, in hopes that they consider going back to when luxury was a priority for their clients.

We have been visiting Dubai for the last 15 years almost every year but we never had this disappointing experience from a hotel before. The service is terrible, during check in you are lucky if you find a person in the counter, I noticed that people were literally queuing to get serviced and employees were called to come in front from the back office. Not to say that when we arrived, the room was booked for 3 people and the employee insisted that we will not fit and tried to sell us a bigger room with better view to the fountains. The booked room was supposed to be a fountain suite 80sqm, however when we arrived nothing felt like 80sqm(note that our business is property development). Additional to that after 1 day we were informed that there will be no fountains due to national mourning, so we never saw the fountains and of course never experienced the fountains room view that we paid for.
Next morning and the buffet at the breakfast restaurant was somewhat poor according to the experience of a 5 star hotel. Sterilized food exactly like the decoration of the Armani Hotel in whole. Many inexperienced waiters around trying to help and serve the breakfast which was rightfully personalized due to covid.
The most important drawback though for the hotel was the fact that nobody knew how to help us about covid testing for our return flight that was in 5 days. Asking at the counter the employees told us we should visit the Hospital and wait for three days for the result! After pressing for more help, the lady at the counter asked for my number in order to search what she can do, and let me know. I received a call at night 22:00 during my dinner, saying that she had found one clinic that can visit the room next day and the results would be sent within 7-8 hours. Ok, that was sorted out but my dissatisfaction is on how can a hotel such Armani could not know this Clinic from the beginning? Where we the first guests that requested covid test? No matter the high price and all the stress we did the test and everything was ok.
Additional disadvantages of the hotel is the very small and hidden swimming pool, the complexity of exiting the hotel to Dubai Mall through a tunnel and the literally non existent lighting of the hotel lobby making you feel depressed.

This is the second time I am staying at the Armani Hotel Dubai and I really don’t think I’ll be back. The staff at this hotel does not pay you any attention unless you wear very flashy clothing all the time. From the moment we arrived at the airport and wanted for a chauffeur the service was awful. The gentleman holding the hotel’s sign was on the phone the entire time and took forever to actually call our driver. Every time I asked for directions around the hotel I was questioned by staff whether I was staying there, in what room, and to see my key. I have never experienced such ridiculous treatment, especially at $1500 per night. Absolutely unacceptable! When I was leaving dinner one night which was $450 per person (Prix Fixe and not told to us before sitting down or when making the reservation—ridiculous) the horrible lady showing people to their tables asked if we had paid when leaving. What a rude question to ask someone. One time I went just outside of the lobby to take a picture of the Burj and when walking back in I was interrogated about whether I was staying there. Just so annoying. The concierge was awful as well. The gentleman said he would try to locate a restaurant I was trying to find but he never even bothered writing back after saying I would hear from him soon. It’s a true shame that the service at this hotel is so bad because it has gorgeous rooms and an excellent location in the Burj Khalifa. I was even thrown out of their supposed 24 hour business center by a man that claimed to be a staff member but wasn’t wearing a uniform and was on his phone. Their reception is woefully understaffed, unfortunately. However, Dina who helped me check out was a true gem. So helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I come to Dubai.

Dear Guest, First and foremost, I would like to thank you for taking time to share your detailed feedback. I am disappointed to know that your recent stay experience was below satisfactory and you encountered several challenges during the visit. Please know that this is not reflective of our usually very high service standards. I have already brought your concerns to the attention of my management team, so they can review the same in detail and take necessary actions to avoid repetition of the shortfalls in future. I appreciate you highlighting Dina for her professional approach and courtesy – she is very talented young lady and we are certainly fortunate to have her as a valuable member of our Lifestyle Team. Once again, thank you for your constructive feedback that is very important to us as this is what enables us to continue improving our services. I will be delighted to welcome you back to Armani Hotel Dubai, should you decide to revisit us in future. Yours Sincerely Thomas Peruzzo

Just the thought of staying in the tallest building in the world makes the stay unforgettable.

The staff is so polite and professional- they make sure your every expectation is met and do their best to attend your every need. Such amazing people.

The rooms are cleaned to perfection, very bright from the natural light coming from the huge floor to ceiling windows. Every room has a tablet, controlling the light, blinds, TV and the camera in front of the room.

What I find very convenient is that the hotel has private access to The Dubai Mall for its guests only - perfect for anyone who loves shopping!

The fragrance in every inch in the hotel is so memorable and my favorite- like an expensive perfume.

Would love to stay again!

If you get chance to visit the Indian restaurant here then do it is expensive over £200 per person but well worth it for a extra special occasion, me and my husband visited here and it was the best dining experience of my life. We were seated outside so we could enjoy watching the fountains as we ate, the food was like something out of this world. The chef was wonderful and came outside to see us after we told the waiter how delicious the food was. On leaving the lady behind the desk presented me with a rose from Armani and said they looked forward to welcoming us back soon. The best place in Dubai to enjoy that extra special meal.

This hotel is overrated. We originally booked for a deluxe room which we, upon checking In, upgraded to a suite because of the deluxe room’s very compact small size and poor layout. They have very old bathroom fixtures and outdated automated dusty curtain drapes. The bathroom fixtures are out dated, room smells that of old fabric and old wall paper. The signature Armani pattern gold bronze checkered designed fabric On the sofa couch, arm chairs and lampshades are faded and or deteriorated with holes on them. Not a satisfying overall experience.

Kudos to the house keeping staff named Hussein and Sharan who have been very patient with our requests on the bed linen and cleaning the room while we stayed in the living area and Vise versa. I hope Armani Hotel management would suggest for the hotel to be renovated very soon.
