No real problems, I ust think they should touch up the carpeting and vaccum a bit more. Perhaps better headboards for the beds. Washroom could probably use a little touching up. Service was good, people were friendly.

This hotel is very dated and rough looking from the outside. The room we got was a good size and the bed comfortable. The bathtub plug did not work so shower was the only option. It was clean but the continental breakfast was less than impressive with cold coffee, no newspaper and uncomfortable pillows. (thank goodness we brought our own) Needs grab bars in the shower area as the tub was very dangerous.

The room was cleanish. Definitely outdated and needs a facelift. There wasn’t a smoke detector to be seen in our room and upon talking to someone else they didn’t have one either. I felt like it was an inconvenience to have to help people when checking in and aside from telling me how to get to my room was not told of any amenities including the breakfast that was supposed to be there according to the website.
If you need somewhere to sleep as a last resort it’s ok….

Terrible experience, avoid this place. We stayed here one night to accomodate a short notice change to our road trip plan.
This location advertises as a hotel online, when it is in fact a motel. No issue with motels, but different expectations and misleading website.
The room was a miserable experience. It didn't look unclean or too bad at first, and we arrived late so we just wanted to get dinner and sleep.
Upon getting back from dinner and ready to sleep we realized that even with the thermostat set to off the room was way too hot for comfort. The covers to the bed had multiple small stains, pillows weren't great and the mattresses were pretty old and worn (but passable).
The bathroom appeared clean but was a hot mess. The showerhead and faucet haven't been properly cleaned in a very long time. No GFCI outlet. The switches had a cover that was not lined up, having a gap into the junction box. Vinyl floor was peeling up and away, and the toilet was clearly dripping onto the floor causing further issues. The tub faucet also drips (almost running) constantly and could be heard all night. The bathroom vent fan also hasn't been cleaned in a very long time.
The curtains didn't really block out any external light. Outlets in the room are sparse - it's clear this place hasn't been renovated in a long time, as anyone with a smartphone to charge will have to start looking to unplug something to find an outlet. The rooms have terrible sound proofing; any neighbors that are slightly noisy or going to the washroom overnight will be heard.
Continental breakfast effectively didn't exist. Some sugary cereals, miniature cake muffins and coffee do not make any type of breakfast in our view. The coffee was out when we found our way to it, with no sign it would be filled anytime before we loaded and were ready to move on.
The front desk was not manned, and locked up both times we tried to go there (check in and out). The person we dealt with at check-in didn't seem to think there was an issue leaving us standing outside waiting to check in; we estimate 10 mins before someone came to unlock the door and man the desk. We had 4 people in our party so we asked for an extra key, and the check in agent was unpleasant and difficult when we made that request (unacceptable, and wouldn't be an issue or discussion at any other hotel).
We all just needed a place to sleep for the night and effectively got no rest and a miserable experience.
I have travelled a lot for work the last few years and this was the worst "hotel" experience I have had in over 5 years.

Online rate indicates breakfast when I arrived the hotel I was told there is no breakfast offered without given any reason. The room was not clean and I provided pictures to management but none take care of the issue. I would definitely not to stay at this hotel again

This was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in and I'm well travelled! It was freezing cold in the room when I arrived and went to bed fully clothed and several blankets on top of me. Even after cranking the heat all the way to the highest upon arriving, it was still freezing cold at 3am, when all of a sudden the outside door to the parking lot flew open! Thankfully I had the latch on, but the deadbolt didn't connect when I turned it upon arriving. It was still freezing cold at 8am when the fire alarm went off 3 times! The toilet seat wasn't even connected to the toilet bowl and the showerhead wasn't connected to the wall/tile. The parking lot was so snowed in that I couldn't even park my car in front of the door to the room I was first assigned. It took the front desk clerk 2 more rooms before finding one I can park in front of. I was told by the manager that their snow clearing crew doesn't work that late at night! You're a hotel! Guests come and go at all hours, find yourself a snow cleaning company that will come out when needed! When I contacted Wyndham Hotels, I got no help from them and the manager from the Travelodge basically put all the blame on me, the GUEST! Spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else, trust me, you'll thank me!!!

This hotel is ok considering the rates they are charging. The rooms are clean, the internet is good and the front desk is friendly and accomodating. The continental breakfast can be improved in terms of presentation, and the use of plastic wares - if they could switch to non plastice wares, that would be good

i had such a wonderful stay at the Travelodge swift current. i have been a wyndham rewards member for quite a few years now. i do travel a lot for work every time I pass thru swift current i always stay at the Travelodge. staff are very pleasant and accommodating, rooms are clean, staff follow proper protocols put in place for this pandemic as well. breakfast in the morning is good, one thing i will say the air conditioner didn't work in my room but when i brought this to front desk girls (Neha i think her name was) attention she quickly and confidently rectified the situation switched me to a new room. upon check out i went to drop off the keys and the older gentleman working (very pleasant )(very professional) Raj i believe his name was. i will definitely stay here again (: keep up the great work !

I recommend that you book ahead through Wynham rewards. The rates are already priced properly but if you book through Wyndham you also receive travel awards. The staff are very friendly and always remember me and my name. Been staying here for years.

Broken deadbolt, doorframe outer whack like smeone tried to break into that room before. Broken bedwheel, had to sleep on a tilt all night. Very loud, can hear everything that is going on inside and out. Pool was very disappointing. Poo stair broke when a kid tried to get out of the pool. Hot tub drained and not working. Very confusing to get around the hotel(inside and out) maze like. Cant access the main lobby of breakfast area without going outside. Not enough staff on. No one around so we could check out, as we did not wish to stay our second night. Not much of a choice for breakfast. Very outdated and not maintained very well. We will not be back.
