Of all hotels I have stayed in, this is the first where you have a 3rd option for marking your door: The usual two; "pls clean my room" and "pls do not disturb", was supplemented with the third option; "pls feel free to knock on the door" ! - Perfect!! And watch out - before you know it you may see hot butt naked men in the elevator!

We had already booked another hotel in Barcelona to stay at, but due to some major issues upon check-in there, we had to quickly find something else within minutes - TWO Hotel came up in our search and the reviews were great so we hopped in a cab and were not disappointed. Checking in close to midnight on a Friday night and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a King size bed. We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant to get some much needed food and happily fell asleep in a bed that didn't kill my 6.5 month pregnant back or hips. Staff was great, hotel was clean and decor was amazing. Our room was great, although, if you want to avoid noise, it's best to ask for a room that isn't facing the street (the only complaint I had was that!). We stayed for 3 nights and would be happy to recommend it to anyone in the area.

New hotel but bed is extremely uncomfortable as you can feel heavily the innerspring of the matrazes. 1 double is actually 2 single beds put together with a a substantial gap in between. check in at 5.30 pm with a still dirty room that was assigned and the response of the staff only was "why are you angry?" Sorry, I am gay, paying and should be grateful that you accommodate me? Is this the expected response???.... offered then a room to the front and to the side and were asking which one is more quiet? "Dont sleep at the Hotel". Thanks for the great service and next time not a "heterosexual welcome" Hotel but a client oriented hotel even so I am gay. Lousy service trying to get money from gay peoples. Stay away!!

Dear Customer, First of all, want to apologize for an atypical situation that has lived in our hotel, I must say that we have already taken action in this regard on its non-satisfaction with staff. At the same time, let us apologize for the misunderstanding with your room as we do have king size beds and double twin rooms which are exaclty with the same facilities as the rest of the rooms. And finally and on behalf of the entire team, I apologize if the cleaning was not completely to your liking, because usually what our customers most positively comment, is the cleanliness of the hotel. We are sure this has been a particular case and that we will remedy immediately, thank you very much again for your help to improve even more. We do not make any difference for sexual orientation; I can only tell you, to please give us a second chance, which I'm sure will not disappoint you this time. Helpful and efficient staff at the reception desk, pleasant room with all the facilities and a great breakfast - what more can you ask! Two minute walk from the Rocafort metro, near to the airport bus stop, and easy to walk to the centre.

Although we only stayed for 1 night, we could not have enjoyed it more. Super friendly people, rooms with a high standard in both cleanliness and equipment. The size of the room was good and it was real quiet.
I travel a lot and it happens rarely that I am excited about a hotel - but in this case I truly was. I will definitely stay there again.

We are glad to see you are thinking about visiting us. We do have a few rooms with twin beds that have a more private shower and we would do our best to give it to you. Our hotel is adults only but if you son is over 14 years, old an exception can be made.
