Indeed, the hotel has a very good location to go to the airport, but also to access the city centre and enjoy leisure or business. Regarding the inconveniences you found in our facilities, I would like to remind you that the next time something similar happens to you, do not hesitate to tell our colleagues, as the whole team will be happy to help you to make your stay totally perfect, because although we do not have a kettle in the room, we do offer it to guests for a deposit of 10€ which is returned upon delivery of the product. In the same way, I confirm that the hotel has air conditioning and heating, so if the temperature was not to your liking or if it did not work as it should, the colleagues at reception or maintenance could help you to avoid discomfort.
