Customer service was really bad. Went to buy drinks & pizza in the restaurant which is just next to the reception. The restaurant attendant was so rude; he was counting his till & told us to wait to take our order; we had to wait like 25 min for giving our order; very rude & unprofessional. And not customer friendly at all.

Dear 702mahdic, First of all, thanks for all your comments. Each opinion from our guests helps us to improve. I am really sorry your expectations were not fully covered in our restaurant. . For us, it's really important to give great customer service. I will review with my staff procedures regarding bar cafe service. We hope we can see you soon in our hotel to check all changes and have a second chance to change your mind. Hotel Manager

We only had one night here as we flew into Barna just to catch a cruise.
We walked the surrounding area to find mostly industrial sites and some fairly dodgy looking areas to be frank, and nowhere that we wished to eat at etc. so we ended up ordering a pizza at the hotel lobby restaurant/bar which was very good.
The cab to the cruise terminal was reasonable as it's a pretty easy route with minimal traffic.
Staff were friendly enough and the room was clean.

On arrival, 10 mins check in. Vending machine coin & note acceptor not working. Breakfast bacon fatty & greasy, scrambled eggs from a bottle I suspect and not fresh. Only BBC World and Sky News non Spanish TV channels. In this day and age this is silly - also silly to have to pay for internet in rooms, its 2017 Travelodge!!! I normally only book hotels only if they have Internet included, should not have to pay for it, include in room charge. Bathroom fan / extractor did not remove steam. Very noisy outside from car and truck horns sounding at 07:30 to 8:00 as vehicles battle to get into industrial area next door. Would not recommend based on these findings. Pluses are free underground car parking but very narrow (car door dents for free) parking bays. Also the best Hamburger ever in simple bar/restaurant by lobby. Free lobby Internet is very very slow and unusable.

5 minutes walk to the metro so ideal for getting to the centre of the city but also on the airport line too. Ideal for a city break. We find the staff helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. We found the restaurant menu a bit limited, but not a problem as there are restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Alternatively you eat in the city before returning to the hotel.

The Hotel is located near the airport and walking distance to the metro station Fira. It is in a peaceful and quiet area of Barcelona. The staff is very friendly especially to Norma Pineda. She was serving our food. My daughter loves the spaghetti and the chicken platter which comes with chicken wings, chicken nuggets and some fried potato. It is very nice to chill in the restaurant. It is clean, simple but has a friendly and warm vibe. On my next trip to Barcelona, I will definitely book here again.

I am sorry, I have the hotels mixed up, this description is for Barcelò Sans in Barcelona. The Travelodge Fira has a little coffee shop in the lobby but no restaurant near by. There is a coffee maker in each room but the best coffee is at the lobby in that small coffee shop I told you about for only 1€. The nearest metro is close by but you have to walk like 300 meters to get to it.
