Write a reviewfrom the minute that we checked in there was nothing but issues. we had been driving all day and finally arrived to the hotel. it was pouring outside, and we parked in front to check in and grab someone to help with the may bags that we had. although we were customers of the hotel, we got asked to move our car down the street. we also were told that no one can help us to our room with our bags as they do not do this service.at this piont we just wanted to check in and order food. we had to drive all the way around the very busy block to park our car in the hotel undergound. when we arrived there, the garage door would not work and the hotel intercom had no one answering it, therefore around the very busy block we had to go again. We then had to park the car down the block, run in the rain to get help with the parking then back around the busy block again. when we arrived in our room, it was very nice. we went to order room service and could not find the menu, when we phonen d the fron tdesk they explained that the menu was on the tv, fair enough. The menu was really not what we were expecting. all the food was health consious food that did not appeal to us, however we did go ahead and tried to order. we ordered 2 different things off the tv menu and the kitchen staff insisted that these items were not on the menu. we tried to explain that yes they were and we are looking right at them, even after we took a screen shot on our phone and showed them, they still insisted they did not make these items. after 30 minutes of back and forth i went across the street and got pizza as the hotel provided no vegetarian otions. my partner odered a sandwich in which the tomatoes were green. throughout our whole stay at this hotel they airconditioner did not work. The front desk sent several people up to try and fix it, but with no avail. the front desk staff we found less then understanding and gave a "i dont care" attitude.
for the amount that we paid to stay here, it was one thing after another and we were very unhappy with this hotel.

Regarding all your aspects about the parking, there is a lift between the parking and the reception of the hotel so it was no necessary to walk around the block under the rain. We are happy that you say that “all the food was health consious food” but we offer a wide range of vegetarian food: Quinoa, spinach, lilac potato and tamarind vinaigrette salad; gazpacho; Seasonal vegetable cream; Macrobiotic bowl with organic brown rice, seaweed, vegetables and legumes; Soba Spaghetti; chicken work with vegetables (with veggie option without chicken); veggie croquettes,... Lovey hotel. I really appreciated the design features such as the use of patterned tiles, thegorgeous roof terrace and the lovely green wall in the breakfast room. I just don't understand why they don't have a bar on the roof - it has the most fantastic view of the Sagrada Familia but you have to schlepp down to the lobby for a drink.
The room was very comfortable and stylish - great value for the price we paid.
Delicious breakfast. Good location. And it has a parking garage which is handy if you have a rental car - although €28/night for parking seems a bit expensive and it took us 3 attempts and almost half an hour to get our car out of the garage!! Maybe a buzzer to communicate with reception on the garage entrance and exit would save a lot of hassle?!
Overall this is a good value choice and I would stay again next time I go to Barcelona.

Very nice hotel !!! Nice dinner and breakfast. Beautiful room & badroom ! Parking for the car is extremely nice. All people are very helpful as from the start. This is 100% what to expect from Radisson.

This is a very nice and well located hotel in Barcelona. Walking distance to the key spots of the city, very nice parking with charging stations, welcoming staff (still I would expect someone to help us to unload our luggage from the car…) and great breakfast!
The rooftop pool is cool and the view to the sagrada família as well.

There is secured parking under the hotel but I don't know the cost as I did not use it.
