Our guide Fatima was so knowledgeable and helpful. She organized the tour in a really beautiful and captivating way. She was wonderful!! The tour started and ended on time. The audio system was great! You could wander a little bit away from the group to look around and still hear Fatima perfectly.Written May 19, 2024
- Fredwasthere0 contributionsNo show from the companyWe went for the walking tour in English. We turned up at the scheduled time. We did see a guide but she was doing the tour in Spanish. She called he colleague but there was no response. We had no indication that the tour was not taking place. Indeed we got a reminder that we should be at the designated place 15 minutes beforehand- which we were. Very disappointing and totally unprofessionalWritten May 14, 2024

- MarylandTraveler0 contributionsWonderful time in CordobaWe took 2 tours with Artencordoba, a free walking tour with Gemma and an in depth tour with Maria, and both were fantastic. Both women were incredibly knowledgeable about the city and the buildings. Both brought a love of the city, it’s culture and it’s history to the tour. We would highly recommend a tour with this company, and with either of these two guides if possible.Written April 9, 2024

Very well set out and organised. Reduced entry ticket for over 65s. We didnt do a tour guide, but instead opted to get the audio guide and went around at our own pace. We went around 11.30 ... Queues to get in but very efficient and hardly any delay.
Helpful staff on hand for any queries. Lovely experience x

The mosque & cathedral is incredible! Our guide was very informative, very easy to understand . He also took time for questions & left us with a great understanding of its history & additional fun facts such as the aqueduct system. We also enjoyed the walking tour of the Jewish quarter. Well organized tour. I would highly recommend it.

Our English-speaking guide Patricia was amazing! She made what might otherwise have been a routine and mildly interesting tour of the Mezquita and the Jewish Quarter come alive. Her knowledge of the history of both places and the details about them kept us listening raptly for 2 hours. She spoke excellent English and made it worth every penny we paid for the tour and more.

This was just a stunning experience. A history of art course collapsed into a single building. What a magnificent site. From early Christian to magnificent Muslim, to Gothic, imposing Renaissance and opulent Baroque. Outstanding tour and thank you Rebecca for the wonderful explanations, your enthusiasm and dedication. Very nice tour to Jewish quarter too.

The Tour was booked half a year before, but was cancelled the day before. Obviously the tour company did not know that the mosque-cathedral closes earlier on Eastern and sold a tour they could not provide. How can a local tour operator just find out the day before? In the end we could get tickets (no tour) next morning but had to skip the Alcazar for that reason.

Cordoba has some amazing sights, even in the rain. The tour guides were really knowledgeable which meant that the visit to the Mesquita was much more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise.

Hola:

My tour was around 3 hours or so, maybe a bit longer. Don't let the description of a tour "with tapa and drink" fool you. The tapa and drink are not included in the tour itself. Instead, at the end of the tour, they give you a coupon to present at a particular cafe; you go there on your own. Even with that bit of "false advertising," I can highly recommend this tour and this tour company. I liked the company so well that I took two of their walking tours. I highly recommend both; both presented me with the same drink/tapa coupon. I used neither one.
