What is the MH-CLD reporting framework?

SMHAs submit information on all enrolled clients who were served by the SMHA within a 12-month reporting period. That is, for every reporting period, SMHA submit data on new, continuing, and discharged clients during the reporting period. Only clients in the SMHA caseload who receive a service during the reporting period are reported.
