What is the 12-month reporting period?

The 12-month reporting period corresponds to either the state fiscal year (July 1 – June 30, October 1 – September 30, September 1 – August 31, or April 1 – March 31) or calendar year (January 1 – December 31), depending on the SMHA’s election. SMHAs use the same 12-month reporting period as their Uniform Reporting System (URS) data submission.
