For most items, you can return it to Ann Summers within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact for lingerie, and all seals intact for toys and accessories. 

Ann Summers will not accept returns, exchange or refund:

• Toys where packaging or box has been opened, or the security seal removed (unless the item is found to be faulty after returning to Ann Summers and is still within warranty)

• Lingerie that has been worn or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been damaged/removed

• Hosiery that has been worn or where the seal is broken

• Items purchased as part of a set cannot be returned separately 

• Earrings and pierced jewellery

• Face coverings
