“When he was first asked to join the Ekso Works Team, which was just starting out within Ekso Bionics, Nic was one of several engineers transferring from concepts projects and prototyping to product development and design delivery. It only took a couple of weeks to realize that Nic could offer more to his new Team, much more than providing a senior mechanical engineering role and responsibilities. I asked Nic to take on Engineering Team leadership and to create the formats and processes to design, test and deliver products for commercialization. Nic absolutely nailed the assignment and consistently overdelivered in his leadership role. Learning a new role, and especially a new managerial one, can be difficult and require a substantial learning curve. Not with Nic. He quickly assimilated into his role and became 'go to' for both design and production aspects of delivering new products. His ability to ask questions, interpret responses and set direction allowed him to become proficient in executing the engineering mission, while becoming a credible and collaborative partner with his Ekso Works Staff colleagues. Nic has much to offer to any company he chooses for his next career adventure. His confidence, enthusiasm and passion to achieve, along with his immense talent and broad potential will serve his new company well!!”
