Since joining Foley & Lardner LLP five months ago, I’ve tried to be more intentional in my LinkedIn postings. I’ve enjoyed posting about trial results, press mentions, and interesting DOJ settlements. And the posts have resulted in a lot of fun connections and even more enjoyable re-reconnecting with others. I’ll try to keep up the posts and encourage my network to do the same—it’s great to hear from everyone and hear what great things we all are doing. This morning, after a really enjoyable Easter weekend, I’m branching out of the professional postings to highlight the most fun—and most important—part of my life: my family. I was delighted to see a “then and now” pop up photo on my phone this morning. Maia and Jack, the apples of my eyes, are the best things in my life—and it’s not even close. It’s nice to be reminded that with all the job changes, cases that come and go, and everything else, the things that matter the most are right there closest to our heart. Happy Monday, LinkedIn tribe. I’ll return to the professional posts soon but, until then, I’ll be enjoying these fun memories of my munchkins.
