GUIDANCE
The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (the “Authority”) has a duty to ensure that all postal service providers in Gibraltar adopt sufficient measures in order to safeguard the confidentiality of correspondence in connection with the sending, conveyance and delivery of postal items.
The Authority has therefore established a set of Guidelines for Protecting the Integrity of Mail and hereby issues Notice No. 10/14.
