COMPLAINTS - ROYAL GIBRALTAR POST OFFICE
The Royal Gibraltar Post Office (“RGPO”) was designated as the universal service provider on the 7th August 2020 and has an obligation to provide simple and inexpensive procedures for dealing with user complaints.
