What progression in a startup ACTUALLY looks like! 📈 When I started my corporate grad scheme, it was about 6 months before I was actually allowed to speak to clients, and 2 years before I was eligible for promotion. 😴 Compared to this, the progression our Jumpstart alumni have seen in startups is next level. Just a few examples: Mathias Kling > joined Superhuman Inc. as a Founder Associate in December, recently promoted to Head of Operations 🧠 Mingqi Y. > joined Wondercraft as a growth & ops associate, promoted to Head of Operations 💻 Ella Cheney > joined &SISTERS as a brand manager, now Marketing Lead 👭 Kamile Linauskaite > joined Educai as a Founder associate, promoted to COO in under 2 years! 📖 The lack of bureaucracy and highly meritocratic environment within startups means your career progression goes through the roof if you prove your worth. 2+ year progression frameworks and loads of red tape not your thing?
