What started as a conversation between 2 friends over a beer 20 years ago has grown into a global organisation with more than 75 staff, offices in Australia, Europe and the United States, and a solid track record of amplifying meaningful medtech outcomes. We're excited to share our experience at Bio 2024 held earlier this month in San Diego, USA! This hectic yet energising conference showcased incredible innovations and treatments in development. It was a hugely successful trip for IDE Group where we connected with both emerging and established biotech companies. Some great potential partnerships are emerging after Richard Sokolov met with like-minded entrepreneurs, and our own innovations also garnered significant interest from partners eager to bring them to market. ✨Meet Jon Sawdon-Smith - joining IDE Group as Senior Product Developer and based in Sydney, Australia✨ Jon is an electronic engineer with a first-class honours degree from Brunel University, complemented with a double masters in Design from the RCA/Imperial College. His career to date spans developing toys for Hasbro, designing circuit boards at Dyson, and co-founding the award-winning cleantech startup DIY Kyoto. Joining IDE is a natural progression for Jon, where he can leverage his extensive experience in technology development and design to create products that genuinely enhance lives.
