After the success of Laika Coffee and Cosy Del's, we're thrilled to partner again with The TICAA Group to bring Cassia to life. This 75-capacity gem captures the “spirit of Australian barbecue” with its modular dining room centred around an open kitchen. Designers Collectivus, have expertly crafted the space to offer a variety of dining experiences, from semi-alfresco booths to a private dining room and kitchen-side seats, and blending hard surfaces with soft furnishings for a perfect balance. Plus, with large windows and a louvered roof, it's ready to embrace those warm, sunny WA days. PROJECT COMPLETION | NextEd, Gold Coast QLD 📘 🖊 We’re thrilled to share the completion of NextEd Group's newest campus on the Gold Coast, proudly #builtbyunita. NextEd, a trailblazer in private tertiary education, educates over 25,000 students annually. This exciting project involved transforming an entire office building to meet their exceptional standards. The new campus, designed by CIA Designs Pty. Ltd., is equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, break-out spaces and training areas for aged care and medical studies, along with a massive professional kitchen for hospitality training. But we didn't stop there — we also upgraded the air conditioning and fire systems and gave the building’s facade a sleek, modern facelift. This campus certainly makes the grade now! We’re proud to have created a dynamic and inspiring learning environment for NextEd’s domestic and international students. SNEAK PEEK | Calida Argentinian 💃 🥩 Absolutely thrilled for our friends at Alemré Hospitality Group on the successful launch of their latest sensation, Calida Argentinian! 🚀🇦🇷 Delivered a week early, 100% compliant and defect-free, the #UnitaQLD team truly smashed it on this one. Covering an area of 358 square meters and seating 200 diners, Calida embraces the warmth of Argentina to which perfectly complements its incredible food. The #fitout incorporates raw brick and stone accents, ambient lighting, and Argentinian-inspired murals and textiles. This ambiance not only enriches everyday dining but also sets the perfect scene for events that celebrates Argentinian culture and broader Latin traditions. Simply put, there is plenty of reasons to visit again and again!
