We just had a great lunch here on a quiet Tuesday. This is a cute spot with some outdoor seating and a cozy indoor area. We had the olive plate (some spicy and some traditional both delicious); beef carpaccio (really unique and smoky w/sheep cheese shavings & mustard drizzle); the croquettas in copa (a very creative way to serve these, we had the mushroom and the iberico) and the ensalada rusa (potato and tuna salad, also very tasty). We had a little vino rosado, an albarino and verdejo and they were all good and our server was super nice!

We dropped in on a Saturday night after eating at a restaurant. This is a great little bar which has a fantastic slection of Spanish and Catalan wines. The waitress was extremely helpful and was able to recommend wines of the style we each liked. We had a couple of drinks before closing time. My only complaint was that this was our last night in Barcelona so we couldn't go again.

This place is a little hidden gem but worth going to! The tapas is very tasty, they know their wine and make great recommendations and was really nice and the staff were the best we came across in Spain! 100% a great visit and would recommend it to anyone!

We found this by accident and we were blown away. The locals were sitting outside and we joined the laid back feeling for tapas. We ordered a couple of tapas and the Croquettes were nothing like we have eaten before, one spinach, pork, potato and cheese. Little pots with grilled breadcrumbs on top. Gorgeous. BUT the prawns in garlic were something else. Fabulous with a Rose wine.
Doesn't speak English so we used Spanish.
Really good food.

The waiter decides for you what's food or not....how? Why? Ridiculous.. He was mad bc the food that we ordered wasn't good enough for him to sit outside. This is not how you treat a client. I would love to order more food but i wasn't allowed.

The perfect afternoon. My wife and I stumbled across this little place whilst strolling through the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter. We sat in the shade in the square outside and were looked after by the excellent staff all afternoon. I asked the waiter for his suggestion of the red wine and after a couple of presence questions, returned with the perfect glass of red. I was later really surprised to find out it was practically the cheapest on the menu! We had a lovely afternoon, a few too many glasses of wine and some wonderful meat and cheese platters. Will definitely return one day…

We arrived just after 3pm (the advertised opening time). No sign of them opening which is fine things can move slowly here. We popped in after some people came and went and asked if they were now open. We were bluntly told that they were not open and that and that there is no opening time right now. Don't waste your time here, I've noticed other reviews where the people are described as rude. They clearly think they are a cut above and you have to find them in the right mood to have good service.

This is a hidden gem in the gothic quarter! They had a great selection of Spanish wine and the employees give great recommendations. Our waitress was so helpful and friendly. She was able to help us in making a selection. Definitely recommend this wine shop!

Disappointing experience. Visited based on reviews. Owners/Bar staff very disinterested unless you're local. We had money to spend on wine & Tapas but decided to just have 2 glasses & moved on.

Nothing against the staff, but the guy that seems to be the owner is the rudest person I have met in Barcelona. He was extremely r@cist when I approached to ask a question. I would never give my money to a place that has this type of people around. Avoid this place if you want to make the world a better place. Go next door, where food is much but much better, not overpriced supermarket stuff, and the staff is fantastic. If any staff member has been mistreated by this guy, please approach me and I will lawyer you up. I have experience working and also having a bar/restaurant and I would never imagine treating customers like that, imagine how he treats his staff... AVOID AVOID AVOID, you are in Barcelona, many options to pick from. READ THE REVIEWS, DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE!

After choosing this location for dinner after reading multiple reviews, we were quite disappointed. They did have some decent wines, however the food was very mediocre.
