We came here twice. Both times food was great! The first time the waiter seemed aloof and disinterested in us. He didn’t make eye contact. However this time was delightful! We were sat outside in the buzzing street, with a lovely breeze. The waiter Mariano was truly wonderful and told us about his life in a Argentina and his visit to London. He was engaged, fun and attentive! The chef also came out and wanted to check we were happy with everything. The pizzas here are the best! So much choice and you can pick two flavours. The price is good and the drinks and wine is well priced. This place is buzzing and the decor and ambiance is the best in the area. Desserts were delicious too! A great place near our hotel and was perfect when you are tired of tapas.

After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to eat here and we were not disappointed. We were served by Luca who was really friendly and helpful. As there were so many choices of pizza combinations we asked if he could recommend us which flavours to order. Each one was delicious, especially the apple, honey and nut pizza! Delicious! We highly recommend going and we will definitely be back.

We were hardcore craving pizza after two weeks of (delicious) paella & seafood. Definitely some of the best pizza we've had EVER- perfect crust, tasty toppings, and the spicy olive oil took it over the top. Wine was also incredible- the lunch meal deal included a salad starter, the pizza, glass of wine, and coffee. Carlos was our favorite- such a fun guy & had great city recommendations. Do not miss this spot when you're in Barcelona!!

This restaurant was incredible! As a native Italian I have tried many pizzerias in Barcelona but this was by far the best one I have ever had. The ingredients were extremely fresh and the pizza was made with love. We were served by Carlos, with his enthusiastic and friendly attitude he was able to make us feel at home right away. You can directly tell that the staff is friendly and that they are passionate about the food they serve. I truly recommend you to try it out if you are visiting Barcelona, I am sure you will not regret it. Thank you “Le Romane” for the unbelievable night!

Our family of 6 decided to try Le Romane for dinner the first night we arrived in Barcelona. It was a short walk from our apartment and had great reviews so we thought we would give it a try. We all shared a huge platter with all different types of pizza, they were all so delicious!!! We loved our meal. The kids all wanted to try a Nutella pizza, which wasn’t on the menu anymore, but our waiter Luka told us he would ask the kitchen if they would make it especially for us, and they did! The kids were so happy and it was so yum! Thank you so much for your five star service Luka, we had a great first night in Barcelona thanks to you!

Ate here last night on the recommendation of Trip Advisor. We were staying only a short walk away and hadn't booked but they managed to squeeze us in. Restaurant was very busy but this is often a good sign. Our waiter, Pablo was attentive and spoke good English. I had a carbonara and my husband had a pizza, we had a sprite and a non alcoholic beer and it came to approx 35 euros. Food delicious, service fast. Would recommend

If you ever wondered how the “eating” music sounds - this is the place where it plays. Pizza’s crust was the best I have ever had in my life! Every dish that our group ordered was very delicious. Portions are relatively small. What really disappointed us was the service. One time, one of the guys came and said “what’s up?”. Other guy was messing up the orders a little bit. He was also not sure what cheeses are in the “Cheese plate” and in the end he have nor figured it out. Most of the service were talking to us like some kind of friends.

We shared a range of pizzas with a group of 4 - nicest pizza I had in a long time and great value. Luca was superb, the best waiter I have had!! He explained all the options so well spending time and gave us great recommendations for food and where else to go out in Barcelona. Fantastic service!! The chef also checked if we enjoyed the food which was a nice touch! Really enjoyed and I will definitely be back the next time we are in Barcelona.

This place really makes you feel at home and it's very stylish too. The chef and owner Renato always likes to speak to the clientele to get feedback and make them feel home. Staff is super nice, kind and helpful, and always with a smile on their faces.
The food is just incredible. The carbonara the best I've tried in my life, absolutely stellar. I felt I travelled back in time to when I lived in Rome.

We had dinner for one of my friends' birthday. We shared a pizza with different flavors to begin with, and then took some ravioli, thanks to the advices of our waiter Pablo. Everything was perfect. Food is great, the staff is very friendly and professionnal, the place is beautiful and the price is not too expensive. I recommend 200%.

Do not order from this awful place. Placed an order through Uber eats it took them over an hour to cook my order we ordered a carbonara and bolognese it arrived cold and smelling of dog biscuits. The portions were tiny and massively overpriced.

Good morning Harrison, we are sorry that you did not have a good experience with your order from our restaurant.
We prepare dozens of takeaway meals a day and are very popular with our customers, not only for the service in the restaurant, but also for the takeaway.
Sometimes our service is not supported by the riders we do not control.
If the pasta was cold, you can tell very easily that it has delayed the rider.
We don't agree on the quantity because our portions are 90 grams of dry pasta which, with cooking and seasoning, exceed 400 grams.
It is an abundant dish and in line with restaurant quantities.
For the quality of the dishes we are supported by the excellent comments that our customers leave us. For the price... 9.00 € spaghetti tomato and basil with pasta "Felicetti" and fresh tomatoes from the market, does not seem excessive.
For the smell of dog biscuits... no comment.
We love dogs.

We went here because of all the great reviews on this website, so we had high hopes of some good italian food. Unfortunately the food is quite average. The pizza had little taste and was somewhat overcooked. The pasta while quite tasty was not hot. Service was OK but not overly friendly or attentive. The waiters seemed uninterested and more interested in saying hello to familiar faces. I would not go back here based on the quality and price. It was a nice looking restaurant but that is not enough to go back.

Our three couples went to this restaurant after the fire parade so there was lot of people out for a good time. Happened upon this restaurant as the one we had planned on eating at turned out to be closed. Pablo said the outside tables were booked but he’d try and get us inside. Sure enough, 10 minutes later we were in. Great atmosphere, yes, a little warm for us Canadians but no big deal. Had a great meal…pasta dishes were excellent as well as the pizza. All the servers were very friendly and at the end of the meal we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the meal was. We lucked out in finding this place and can see why it’s reviews are so good. Try it you won’t be disappointed

Great food and waiter service (Pablo). The Head Chef /Owner took the the trouble to talk to us after the meal explaining his methods, asking us if we enjoyed the meal and sharing interesting historical anecdotes. Nice touch.

We were looking at restaurants online when we arrived in Barcelona yesterday and came across this gem.
From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted in such a friendly, welcoming manner. The decor in the place is stunning. We booked a table before hand online (thank god we did, it got busy!). The two taste pizza is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, my partner had the risotto and loved it. You’d think you’d be forking out a fortune for the meals but it’s cheap! I was shocked at how low the price was, I’d have happily paid double. The waiters and staff are 10/10, so attentive, will have a joke with you and answer any questions with ease, the food is out so fresh but with literally no wait in between ordering and courses. I wish I’d taken photos of my pizza both evenings but I was too busy eating it instead.
Today we couldn’t find anywhere for dinner that looked as good as here, so walked 30 minutes across the city to come back here!
We will definitely be back before we leave on Friday morning.. we just can’t stay away!
All the guys working here are fab and really what you want to experience while on holiday/a city break.
A special thank you to Costantino, who was our waiter both evenings - he is exactly who you would want as your waiter, funny, helpful and welcoming.
If you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Barcelona… you should definitely give here a visit, you won’t regret it!
