This hotel offered a large clean room and a really nice location on the river. The room smelled a little musty upon entering but was ok. Plenty of options for juice, cereal and yogurt for the grab and go breakfast. I would consider this hotel again just for the location and view. Did not get to kayak as it was closed on the day we tried.
Wonderful hotel. Great location convenient to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit center. Beautiful deck overlooking the inlet. Love the grassy area and the chairs Breakfast included. Great service. Clean big rooms
Ogunquit River Inn is a beautiful little hidden gem not too far away from the downtown streets and shops. The room was beautiful with an outstanding view of the river- calm, quiet and serene. We loved it.
Good and not great, struggled between giving it 3 or 4 stars... After reading the other reviews here I can see what they are saying about some of the customer service, which is shame, because it has the potential to be great. I was looking for a few days by the water in a relaxing spot that wasnt too expensive and I absolutely found that at this inn. My room had a private small terrace, nice toiletries and a mini fridge, it had the essentials for us to stay longer than what we did, and it was very modern.
make sure you get a room with a balcony as the views are great.
The property all around is very clean and well updated.
They did a good job adjusting for Covid-19 restrictions and regulations.
Location is good especially if you want to be a bit off all the hustle and bustle.
Suggested improvements:
pool can be updated a bit.
Would be great to have microwaves in the rooms.
Breakfast could be much improved.
