Our stay was outstanding from the moment we checked-in until the moment we left. Beginning with Aslan who met us at our vehicle and took care of handling all our luggage bringing us right to our room, allowing the weekend to start with ease. In the lobby/front desk as we checked-in we were introduced to JoLynn, whose warm and bubbly personality made us feel as if we were life long friends, and the rest of the staff, with a shout out to Brian, Peaches (Mike), Daniel, Nicole, and Jessica who all unbelievably helpful made our experience truly amazing. I have already suggested the Rumfish and Tradewinds Resort to friends and colleagues and will most assuredly stay at the Rumfish again.

Our concierge, Chris provided excellent service! He was super helpful, professional, and made our experience very pleasant. The hotel amenities are excellent. The beach and location are perfect. Lots of activities in the resort as well as food options.

Courtney Price helped me out MAJORLY!!! I couldnt get ahold of my airline to fix a ticket problem and she lent me her cell phone so the airline could call me back! I was super stressed so it was really nice of her to do that for me.

Also nice hotel experience as always (:
