Amazing customer service and management super fun zip line good priced food and drinks. Cleanliness was a 10 out of 10 very comfortable beds and fresh brand. New towels whenever you need them the best place you can go for vacation !!!

A long time patron of the Alden Beach Resort, my trip back earlier this month was my first since that venerable establishment was absorbed by the Tradewinds. My sticker shock was to a great extent mitigated by the sight of some familiar faces---employees from the Alden whom the new management wisely retained.
Special praise goes to Chris Phillips at the RumFish front desk. Chris' thirty years experience in the hospitality industry has allowed him to accumulate a wealth of knowledge without dimming his enthusiasm or helpfulness. Shout outs also for Pat, the night auditor, Glenn, the pool man, and Devon and Ann in housekeeping. They all turned my stay into something like a family reunion, and I needed that, my wife having passed away six weeks before my arrival. Thanks guys! See you in the spring.
Wake up in paradise (less than 1 minute walk to beach from our beautiful clean room)Greeted every morning with a smile from Nicole @ perks up. not only did she remember our coffee preferences but was incredibly friendly and personable. All the staff was great in fact except for one security guard (you know who you are) After walking around browsing all the cute and yet surprisingly affordable shops we would inevitably wind up down in our favorite hang out by the fire lounge areas ordering a drink from our 2 favorite bartenders Cortez and Patrick. Denise from the seaside grill always had a smile and a friendly word( try the cuban sandwich there omg!) Every night was incredible sunsets followed by entertainment in the fire lounge area or one of the 2 fabulous places next door. We met so many other guests who all seemed to be enjoying this incredibly beautiful experience that is the Rumfish. The mellow atmosphere combined with all the wonderful people created a paradise for us that we cant wait to return to. in fact we are looking forward to returning next year! Special shout out to Jason from freebeachride who made sure we got to and from our destination safely. His knowledge of the area put us right where we wanted to be. He also suggested Batts taxi who do a 60$ flat rate back to the Tampa airport and also had incredible drivers. Showed up on time at 430 am for our flight home. For anyone planning a vacation here dont overbook yourself with activities outside the resort area. There are so many things within walking distance (or free beach ride) that you might otherwise overlook
