The entire bathroom floor was in need of being re- secured. Felt uneasy while walking on it. Mentioned concern to staff and got “ we’ll mention to management “ no one came to look at room concerns nor any additional follow up. General cleaning in room needs improvement. Room #2230 for future visits is not recommended.
We found our room keys not working in our room. Either we had to ask housekeeping to let us in or go down to the front desk daily for new ones. Strangled, They did work in the towel kiosk. We were careful to keep them away from our phones and credit cards. A frustrating issue.
Horrible place,they over charged me with all these hidden fees and do not tell you that you will have to pay several resort fees,parking fees and $100/day for a beach chair,this place is too outdated and dirty to charge that much,rooms smell moldy they let non guest in the pool and on the beach,fridge leaked all over the floor 4 nights. Rooms are small,outdated and dirty,no room service or clean towels,beachcomber,Belle weather or trade winds are way better then this run down motel!!!!

Always a great time at Sirata!!! We come here often and they never seem to disappoint us! Staff is super friendly and very willing to help with anything you need
Our tub was cracked, dirty and had enormous water damage. No drainage whatsoever. The towels were stained and ragged. Bartenders were slow and not very friendly. We ended up spending most of our time and money at Tradewinds next door.
