Great place to stay for two families

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The staff was very accommodating and good to work with. The resort was very quiet and the grounds were nicely maintained. The house was really good size for two families of 4 with plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to bathe and the laundry facilities were definitely nice to have.

The floors were not clean and some of the bedding was stained or not laundered. The overall cleanliness was mediocre at best. The resort does not provide extra trash bags and if you are going to use the cook wear, make sure to buy the non-stick spray. I also think they should provide hand towels in the kitchen. We went through a lot of paper towels which we had to buy extra (the first roll is complimentary....same with the toilet paper). I would definitely stay here again however.

I travel a lot and have NEVER been SO DISAPPOINTED before. I did the online check-in and they lost it. ok. I went inside and had to register all over again. We paid extra for an outdoor jacuzzi which we NEVER got to use because the temperature refused to go under 109 degrees, and that could be deadly!
We checked the bed and found no bugs. I woke up the next morning with bumps on my neck. VERI ITCHY LARGE BUMPS. Checked again and found nothing.
The next morning our hot water heater alarm went off at the crack of dawn. Called the desk. They'll send someone. 1 1/2 hours later- no one. Called again. Oh, no ones been there for your smoke alarm! NOT SMOKE ALARM- HOT WATER HEATER! NO hot water! Still no one. As we are leaving, he shows up- for the SMOKE ALARM!!!
Every morning I wake up with more bumps around my neck & now on my legs too.
Our last night I turned on the lights so I could start packing. Well, as I moved the pillow away for the suitcase, SPIDERS START RUNNING AROUND!! More pillows, more spiders. We slept on the couch downstairs. I notified the front desk when we checked out and was given the manager's card and told to contact her. I did that.
A week later I got a call from her. She was terribly sorry and asked if I would a free stay. I only get 2 vacations a year and was not about to spend another week there. She told me she would see what she could do for me after speaking to her supervisor and to give her a couple of weeks. I heard nothing. I emailed her this week and got a routine response stating she was "NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY AND I SHOULD CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE". I did that and I have heard NOTHING FROM ANYBODY NOW. I also forgot to mention the overpriced restaurant on the property with undertrained staff and the dirty seat cushions surrounding the pool. You obviously get what you pay for, and this place is not worth the price. Stay somewhere else!
I have photos but they are scary & I don't want to gross anyone out.

Room tip: Don't stay here

The villa was very spacious, kitchen was well stocked, and location was great. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. Floors were dirty, there were crumbs left on the coffee table, and years worth of gunk and dust caked on the doors and baseboards. The beds did not have sheets under the quilts, which we found odd and unsanitary. Also the tv channels were horrible and you couldn’t use steaming services. We would stay again if they did something about the cleanliness, but not sure I want to take a gamble on that. It’s a shame because it was a very central location.

Best place to stay for a large family. Stacy is wonderful. Karen is very professional and really made our vacation so special and memorable. Can’t wait to plan our next stay at magic village Definitely home away from home.

Will definitely stay here again! The townhomes are very modern, spacious and clean. My family loved it ! The only minus were the limited amenities however the townhouse made up for this. Would advise anyone staying here to also bring your own spices, pot holders, trashbags and paper towels if you plan to cook or use the grill

I wanted to really like this resort since it was recommended by a friend. However, Upon our arrival at check in time (4pm), our room was not ready. We were not checked in until almost 2 hours after the stated check in time. I asked if we could be compensated by not being charged for 1 night of our stay since the policy is that if the renter checks out late, he/she will be charged an extra day. I was told that we could not be compensated in that way. Almost 2 hours of our room not being ready, we settled for a villa where the carpet had stains from the previous renters that had not been shampooed. We settled because our options were to wait an additional 45 mins to an hour, or take the stained carpet villa and someone will come and shampoo it later that day which they never did. After driving 15 hours the day before to get from DE to Fort Pierce FL and then an additional 2 hours that day to get to Orlando, I didn't want to sit in the back of my truck (where my family waited) any longer. To compensate us, the resort offered to take off the $99 cleaning fee, the resort fee and gave us $80 in restaurant credit. This still did not add up to 1 night's stay at the resort.
The villa itself was nice (aside from the stained carpet). I also noticed that the sliding screen that led to the patio was off track and "janky" to slide open and closed. A few other things my family complained about were hard beds, hard towels and extremely hard water pressure in the showers. We also had to request a remote for the TV in the family room because there was not one there when we checked in.
