Room was in the most recently renovated tower. Just lovely really. I requested ground floor and as always, I was accommodated accordingly. I have stayed here a number of times over the years and thru their renovation and the staff has been nothing less than exceptional. Just to clarify where my opinion comes from... Over the last 20+ years, I have been a frequent traveler (trade show gypsy) and have usually spent up to 100 nights a year in many lodging facilities in many places in the USA, so I might know just a little bit about hospitality from the customer perspective.

I have been coming to this hotel for several years. While the hotel itself has been upgraded in many ways, I would not call it an upscale or luxury facility. It still has chronic staffing shortages and needs additional repairs and upgrades. The furniture in my room was basic: 1 bed, 1 chair, and 1 desk. The bed was adequate, but the desk was wobbly and the chair lacked any position between straight up and all the way back. The desk condition was not just this room: I was in another room and their desk was similarly wobbly. It made it difficult to use a computer because the desk kept moving. When I was in the room, I was in bare feet. This was the only time in the day, and the only location, where I was in bare feet. When I later stepped into the shower, there was quite a bit of dirt on my feet, picked up from the floor and carpet. They really could clean the rooms better. On the other hand, I was awakened on Saturday morning at 6 am by the operator of a giant vacuum cleaner who chose that time to clean the foyer (10') from my room and the hallway outside my door. My complaint was later met with shrugs. We never eat in the hotel. You can get far better food, and less expensive, anywhere on the main road outside the hotel. Parking was adequate. In years past, because of construction, the parking lots were tight, but this time, no problem. As a last complaint, the hotel charges a "Resort fee" for its pool, a basketball court in the back of the parking lot, and its other "amenities." Don't ask me what the amenities are, I have yet to experience them. This hotel charging a resort fee is a ridiculous add-on to the hotel bill. Wifi was adequate, but I was close to the elevator lobby, as I said. In years past, it has been sketchy farther out the "wings" than I was this year. In-room service is non-existant. I blame the lack of staffing. I had no visits from housekeeping other than to pick up the trash on Saturday night. And one more thing: the room doors have a gap all the way around the door that lets in light and noise. The doors do not "seal" and do not keep the room quiet or dark. Overall, this hotel is just average. Stay here if it is convenient, but don't expect the same stay as the newer hotels. Rates are comparable for the area hotel.

Absolutely loved our time at this newly renovated hotel. The Lobby is so sleek and clean. Check In was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. Rob the GM helped us find the newly added Kid Zone where my daughter had so much fun playing in the ball pit and tunnel gym. Rob was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the hotel as well as some local restaurants to check out. Rooms were so nice and when we weren't enjoying the parks or exploring Orlando, we were relaxing in the pool and enjoying the new lobby bar. Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip!

The rooms are not what they appear to be as "advertised". Housekeeping only comes in the room to gather up towels when you're not in the room. We found a lot of dust in the air vents and mildew in the shower. There's only 1 small trash can in the entire room. If you're looking for a microwave to re-heat food for kids or yourself, "forget it". This hotel should be rated 1 star. In fact, we checked out an entire day earlier than planned. Currently, I'm still working on trying to get a refund for the night we didn't stay and can't seem to get a resolution!!!!

A modestly priced resort/conference center in the heart of Kissimmee, FL. Pet friendly and at $25.00 a night for your pet very reasonable.
Rooms are clean, fairly spacious, free internet, and for a pet room it had none of those "pet smells" that are often found in other hotels/motels. Plenty of parking throughout the complex and a number of relief areas for your pet.
A large well stocked store with everything you might want or perhaps items you forgot to bring. Gym is large and clean. The gym is in need of a universal to fill out the equipment they already have. More clean towels would be nice to see as well.
Outdoor pool and hot tub are lovely and well kept. Lots of play areas for young kids in the form of an indoor jungle gym. Arcade for the older kids/adults is available although several of the games were disconnected. Virtual sports game available for the teens and adults.
Bartender is very friendly and a great assortment of cocktails and beer available and very reasonably priced.. You can order a few drinks, hit the pool/hot tub, and catch some of the games. Very relaxing.
All you can eat breakfast buffet was OK. Bacon available and a larger selection of fresh fruit would have been more to my liking. There is a Pizza Hut express on premises and I am told there is an H Grill that does lunch/dinner but I was informed it is not operating at this time.
This resort does not have some of the "pizzazz" that you might find in the Universal and Disney resorts but at better than half the price for a nice room you get a lot. Your savings can allow you to stay an extra day or two and not miss anything.

A resort allows for more privacy, entertainment, and experiences during your stay. This is not a resort. This is a hotel. We had an awful experience at this "resort" from the moment we went up to the counter to check in. The front desk gave us a room key card for a room that was on north instead of the south side so we walked back down to the front desk with all of our luggage just to be moved to the other end of the building and given a key card to a room that had another guests things on the bed. At this point it was beyond ridiculous. We went back down to front desk and told them what happened again. More failure for them. We were given a third room to go in search for and finally this one was on the right side of the building and vacant and the key worked... shocker. Our next let down was that we were planning on using the hot tub and pools but the hot tub had caution tape around it and front desk said it had been that way for over a month. The breakfast was crazy over priced for a breakfast and there was an extra fee added a day for how ever many days you stay as a resort fee. What a joke. Be weary of unmet expectations with this one ladies and gents.

We received a certificate, through rci resorts, for a 7-day/6-night stay after sitting through a timeshare presentation almost a year ago. After I booked this resort, I started reading reviews. It frightened me enough to bring extra stuff (cleaners, disinfectant wipes, bug spray, extra bath sets, kitchen towels, utensils, etc). We came prepared to stay here, especially since all it cost us was our time. And we weren’t about to turn down a free week’s stay. Once we arrived I found to be very pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean. Everything worked as expected. The pool outside our entrance was clean, as well as the surrounding landscaping. There were laundry facilities on site. We were provided with dishwasher tabs, trash bags, towels for both kitchen and bath, little trial size bath products, and even kitchen items like pots/pans/silverware/colander/etc, an iron and ironing board, broom/dust pan, etc. Beds were comfortable. So, yes, while it’s in need of updating, this is definitely one of the better places I’ve stayed at, as far as cleanliness and amenities go. The one and only downside I can see is that the bedroom has 2 twin beds in it. As a typical married couple it was different for us to sleep separately for a week! But after 10+ miles of walking each day at Disney World and Universal Studios, we slept very good so no complaints there! So, future guests at this resort, try to overlook some of the negative reviews and try to understand more that Wyndham is in the process of updating and upgrading this side of their resort.”

Staff friendly but not 4-star quality. unaware of promotions on app. we ordered a couples stay with breakfast and a bottle of sparkling wine, breakfast vouchers took 3 associates and a manager to figure out, and never got the wine or even an acknowledgement we were supposed to receive it despite asking multiple times. Other than that, the room was nice and the property will be gorgeous once construction is done.

It is an option that should not be considered because it lacks good service. They don't clean the room daily. We arrive at midnight and the front desk did not present the options of the rooms nor did I deliver the vouchers for breakfast, they do not have the minimum such as soaps, shampoo, etc. They are stingy. The mattresses are horrible full of holes and damaged. The a/c cannot be adjusted and at the checking out, they charged a type of Resort Fee that is not justified because it is not a true resort.

Bed and room were comfortable and clean. Unfortunately our room location was near the elevators on the first floor, which was great for access, but bad for the noise coming from the heavy traffic of loud children banging around the halls while waiting for the elevator. An actual door seal could be better to help with this issue. Especially considering Magic Kingdom closes at 11pm and the shuttle (which is included with the resort) returns everyone after that, it can be quite disturbing to the unfortunates trying to catch early flights.
The shuttle worked great and we took the shuttle to Magic Kingdom and caught the monorail to Epcot.
Now to the facility itself. It was great. The pool was comfortable and had an access window to the bar which had friendly bartenders and pricing was reasonable, especially during the happy hour period (which had food). The staff were friendly. We will definitely consider returning to this resort the next time we return to Disney and the Orlando area.

The Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center offers two self-service laundry facilities for guests to use during their stay. These laundry rooms are conveniently located on the second floor of each tower, providing easy access regardless of where your room is located. Each laundry room is equipped with multiple washers and dryers, allowing you to do your laundry without leaving the resort.
To use the self-service laundry, guests need to purchase laundry detergent and fabric softener from the gift shop in the main lobby. The cost is $2.00 per load, with separate fees for washing and drying. The machines accept quarters, which can be obtained from the change machine in the laundry room or from the front desk.
Please be aware that the hotel does not offer a full laundry service, which would include washing and folding. However, the self-service laundry facilities give guests the flexibility to do their laundry at their own convenience.
