So you are wondering why are there negative reviews and ultra positive ones... I can tell you why. First off this is not a traditional hotel I would call it more like a Air BNB with a hotel front desk. Meaning it is what it is. The pictures don't lie it's insane nice at a $200 a night price next to Disney and the space you get you will not find anything nicer. We had a family of 6 and had plenty of space, really kids were fighting who was going to sit on one of the 2 outdoor balcony's or in the hot tub. It was nice parking 10ft from the front door in an assigned stall. Gated access so no strange people walking around. Yea there were some little things broken that were very trivial, they need to be on the maintenance fix it list like one of the 2 sliding doors were off the track, but there was a functional one right next to it. Another was the outlets did not work in the master bath... so we used one of the other 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is cool but impractical unless you are staying long enough to stock it with all the little things you have in your home kitchen. Again this is basically a house you are renting, not a hotel. People complain about the cleaning fee. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, living room, family room... yea take my hundy to clean it! You have a front desk to check you in then really you are on your own, the rules were practical to keep out the parties. I did ask for batteries for the living room remote and they quickly sent someone over with some. If you have a big family and you can treat it like your home, making your bed, taking out the trash this is the place to stay. Another silly complaint I saw was stained carpets. Yes the decorator made a bad choice but it was not like nasty stains just stupid scuffs and what not on very light carpet. It was NOT dirty or in disrepair. Just a few honey-do items. Wifi worked great. My one and only complaint was the check in was slow because of 1 clerk and I could not wait to check out with again 1 clerk.
