Very comfortable room with super great service and great location. Near bus stop, MTR, attractions, etc. Reception, room boy, and concierge team are superb! Abu was very helpful with our luggage during checkout. The only downside is no bidet in the room. Otherwise it would be perfect!

Eaton hotel is conveniently located near Jordan MTR Exit B (with lift access) .
However, the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms are not up to standard given that it is a famous hotel since 20yrs ago. Its an old hotel revamping and renovating to be a more hipster hotel.
Both my hubby and i were badly bitten by bedbugs (initial room given to us was on Level 18) and we requested for a
change of room (was given a room on Level 16). I thought of giving the hotel a 2nd chance after changed of room. Unfortunately, to my
atonishment the towels (bath towel and face towel) has yellow stains. The room is rather dim(orange light) only bathroom lights (white light) which explains why i discovered the stains only after showering (in bathroom).
I am not an angry guest but i decided to provide sincere feedbacks. I went to the front desk counter twice (on different days) to raise my concern in a courteous manner but the staffs were not apologetic at all. They looked totally loss on how to respond to me.
I booked a 3 nights stay at this hotel 6mths ago via Agoda and fully paid for the room before arrival. Is this the customer experience i
should deserve?
Just a feedback to help the hotel improve for better customer experience: 1) hotel to look into the cleanliness or hygiene of the towels and bedsheets and 2) appropriately train hotel staffs with basic customer service. Fyi, even the one
helping with luggage wasn't reciprocate with a word of welcome / thank you after the guest said thank you twice (because he passed me 2
luggages).

Nice clean rooms with all amenities. Great location....right in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui. Strong wifi connection. Amazing buffet breakfast spread. Very efficient and helpful staff. They made our check-in and check-out process very smooth and also accepted our late check-out request until 3pm. Special shout out to Raymond from the Front Desk who was very courteous and understanding. They also have a foodhall in basement that has good food options that are reasonably priced.

Hotel staff are great and Mahdi helped us carry our luggage and get a taxi to the airport. Great customer service.
Hotel is nice and good location. For the price we paid, can't complain so overall a really positive experience.
I would come back and stay here again

The staff at the counter was very helpful in upgrading my room to a queen size bed without any additional cost. Most importantly, I did not have to wait till late afternoon to check in to my room. The location of the hotel is good and easily accessible to good eateries around the area.
