Fantastic location in the centre of Interlaken, 1 minute walk from Interlaken West Station.Lovely room, clean and spacious. Extremely helpful welcome on check-in. Nice breakfast that we ate outside on the dining room terrace with a fantastic view.
Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bernerhof! 💖 The hotel is in close proximity of the Interlaken west bus and train stations so it was very accessible.
I would like to commend Jerome's service! 💖 He took his time to explain to us the city map and places we could visit. He was very attentive to our needs and all our requests are met.
The breakfast has your usual fare. Sausage, eggs and a wide choice of breads. Yogurts fruits and mueslis.
The rooms were nice and clean. You can have complimentary tea and coffee 24 hours at the reception. We enjoyed our stay overall and will definitely recommend this hotel! 💖
Perfect location, just across the train and bus station, you can’t get any closer arriving by train to Interlaken West. Outside looked a bit dated but our room must be newly renovated as it looked new, clean, bright and modern. We have great view across the river and even saw beautiful rainbow one evening after it rains. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms new and clean, with windows that can open. Shower was awesome.
Check in by Doreen was great, fast, explained everything, told us about the free transit pass, recommended places to visit. Breakfast was great with cold and hot versions, fruits, cereals etc.
We thought we booked room with air conditioning but it didn’t work. Opening all the windows help a great deal except for some noise on the street which disappear later into night as Interlaken is not really a night scene place more a transit hub.
Highly recommended.
Next to interlaken west station. Excellent location to get to places. Check in was quick and breakfast was included. Room size was excellent for what we paid for. Huge bathroom. Free water and coffee facilties downstairs was a plus. Definitely recommend.
I can't recommend this hotel enough!
The room was spacious, clean and modern. Access to bowls, cutlery and cups from reception (self-use) and a kettle in the room - hot drink machine was also available 24/7 in reception. The beds were firm and pillows were extremely comfortable with extra blankets in the linen cupboard. Bathroom was spacious, clean and the shower pressure/temperature was good. We had a small lounge in the room as well which was a lovely addition. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great range of foods from yoghurt, meusli, breads, condiments, hot and cold meats, eggs and juices.
My favourite part was definitely the two lovely gentlemen at reception that gave us so much information and advice during our stay that we didn't need to seek info elsewhere. Jèróme and Thomas were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and took their time to understand your queries and help you find an answer. Location wise was also great, short walk to local Migros, train station and multiple shops/restaurants. Parking at the rear for 10CHF per day was easily accessible.
