Great service by the hotel.

They have their own parking spaces available for €10/night. I am always very fussy about the hotel and was worried but this hotel didn't disappoint us. We arrived late and the staff was very helpful in getting our luggage and parking sorted.

We went for the quadruple room (2 double and a bunk bed), the room was certainly spacious. The bathroom was clean with hair dryer facility. Iron is not in the room but is available upon request. There is a fridge in the room, which is always very convenient. Most convenient thing was the USB ports to charge tablets and the mobile. But if you want more; you need to get an adapter - its not an ordinary 2 pin or 3 pin - some special one is needed - google to find the picture.

The breakfast had a variety of cheese, Cereal, plain and flavoured yogurts, scrambled eggs, Sausages, baked beans, crossaint, bread and jams.

The location of the hotel is on the high street with some good local shops around.

Great communication prior to check-in and booking was easy, great location in the middle of town, close to train station and shops. Checked in early and room was available very quickly. Looked like a family run outfit so everyone was very helpful and friendly. Room was safe, very clean and a comfortable bed. Shower and safe in the room worked. Overnight no noise with no issues, breakfast was below average, but would still return to this great hotel.

We met Ms Doreen on our 1st day as we arrive early. She was so kind, friendly and accommodating to our request and was so helpful to leave our luggage bags in our room as we were out for sightseeing. The next day, we were welcome by Mr Jerome who was also very kind, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. Our rooms had balconies for us to chill out. We liked the Environment so we extended a few more days in the same hotel as we were very comfortable with the rooms and the staff esp Ms Doreen & Mr Jerome. Two lovely wonderful people who were assisting and helping us during our stay there. The rooms are value for money. A lot of shopping and cafes /restaurants nearby. Best of all, the Interlaken West train station and bus station were just a stone throw away which make our trips very convenient by train and bus. Kudos to Ms Doreen and Mr Jerome for your great service 👌
