A group of 5 friends visited this restaurant.. we made a booking by phone. It was conveyo the apartment that we were staying in and is very close to Sagrada Familia. We had king prawns and a cheese and tomato starter. The king prawns were fabulous. Our mains included sea bass, land and sea on a skewer and pork tenderloin. All were cooked to perfection .. we were so full that we could not look at the desert menu. Service was excellent. When we arrived at the restaurant at 8.30pm it was quiet but was soon bustling and very full. We were given a lovely port on the house to finish a beautiful meal.

The quick notes - clean, friendly, small restaurant not far from Sagrada Familia. Menu offers lots of options. We arrived at 8pm when the place was just opening back up. By 9pm it was 100% full. We opted to eat family style. We started out with a tomato and cheese salad and pica pau. Both were excellent. For a main, we went will be mixed grilled. It contains a mix of beef, pork, and sausage. Was quite good! When it was time for dessert, we opted for Baba de Camelo - akin to a caramel mousse.

Service was great and the food was very good.

N*joy!

My husband and I came here after our tour from Sagrada Familia.
We walked in without reservations, but the gentleman still took us time, and we're so glad we're able to get in.
Everything was amazing, drinks, appetizers, and main course.
The dessert, pineapple port wine, homemade biscuit cake. I would highly recommend this place, but try to make reservations before going.Oh our waiter was really nice and attentive.

Small, intimate spot for some great Portuguese cuisine. We had the mushrooms with bacon and garlic as an appetizer - it was great. We also had grilled octopus and the fried cod with the chickpea puree (basically on a bed of hummus). Both were outstanding. The Portuguese wine was very pleasantly good, and the attentive waitstaff brought us a lovely port as a dessert appertif. Being in the shadow of the Sagrada Familia, you can't beat the atmosphere and vibe. Highly recommend.

I had lunch at the Oporto restaurant, Barcelona, in May 2023. I was accompanied by my wife. Despite not having booked a table and the restaurant being very full, the owner quickly found a table that could accommodate us. The restaurant practices cuisine from the north of Portugal and has a large and well-chosen wine list from that region. We tasted several starters and then two different, extremely tasty cod dishes. The cuisine is excellent and prices are moderate. The reception was very friendly. Strongly recommended.
