We had a pleasant stay at NH Constanza Barcelona except for couple of unexpected incidents which caused disturbed sleep in 2 out of 3 nights. On the first night ,air conditioning was not working which was rectified the next day. On the 3rd night, we were keot awake by a distressed dog barking from the next room which we later found out the owner had gone to a nightclub leaving the dog alone in the room. On both the occassions the reception staff did their best to support which was beyond their control. Hamza in reception was of great help. The room and tge bathroom was spacious and clean with plenty of toiletries. The breakfast was extremely good with a variety of healthy options including few gluten free products/ lactose free milk/soy milk/oat milk etc for allergy sufferers. Karla in the breakfast room was very good and so was Sumon and Pablo. Overall the experience was lovely.
