Everything was great. The bellman Sofiane was amazing and so helpful in so many ways. Our taxi cancelled on us and Sofiane ordered us a new one and saved the day. The front desk was so helpful. Kristina provided great customer service. The rooms were very clean .

I stayed for 2 days in the hotel. I enjoyed the service level and the great breakfast.
The room was big and very convenient.
The hotel was stylish and very pleasant for my needs and I will definitely come again.
The only thing you must take in consideration is that is quite far from city center.

Great location and business facilities. Good food and great service.
Ideally situated, not far from the tourist side of Barcelona, in a convenient location for both town and airport.

We booked this hotel for the sole purpose of using the Spa and hydrotherapy pools to their maximum during our stay. However on arrival we were informed the pools were not available due to planned maintenance. Normally this would be fine, however I would expect to be informed of this before our arrival. The maintenance was not an emergency we were told by staff it was a planned maintenance. We also booked months in advance so plenty of opportunity to inform us that the facilities would not be in use. if informed we most definitely would have chosen a different hotel. Also during our short stay we were able to use the Sauna once but then were told it wasn't available the next day in the evening due to the maintenance works being carried out and also that the sauna would not be available until 11am. Not ideal when you are required to be at a conference for 10am. Normally you would expect the facilities to be available from 6:30/7am for guests to use before breakfast. To top it off there was no bathrobe or slippers in my room which I needed to request and waste further time on waiting for the staff to deliver. Other than these issues the rooms were clean, showers worked well and breakfast was very good. However for a hotel with no spa facility available the price was way too much.
