When we reached the room we discovered that it was a triple with three separate beds, instead of the double room we had booked. They did change our room the following day but we had to check out and check in again.

The new room stank of cigarettes and was far from being fresh and clean. Eg. the toilet had the "disinfected" seal and yet the seat had stains on it.

The hotel is very close to a metro station and about 1 km from Rambla.

Kettle is available in the room, but no minibar, no slippers, no toilet brush.

Breakfast is very basic with very limited options. Restaurant staff is insufficient during rush-time, resulting in a lot of dirty/unavailable tables.

We would not go again and would definitely not recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights this week...lovely large room 303 with own dressing room, large bathroom complete with hairdryer, shower, bath plus a bidet!
Fabulous balcony over the main street and dressing room had floor to ceiling windows...only downside to the rooms was the lack of coffee or milk....despite having a fridge (ended up purchasing own), plus very noisy at night due to location but didnt really bother us.
Was facility to use sauna and jacuzzi but failed to state needed to book it and could only use once for free....unable to use hot tub on roof as closed in evening ☹
No restaurant on site but does appear to have the facilities as.serve a great breakfast...mainly continental but did have bacon and scrambled eggs, dont expect english style food.
Lovely staff, smart clean hotel.
Great location 10 min walk to las rambles, the harbour and many more places of interest.
Across the road great indian restaurant def recommend this.

Ridiculously tiny room with a view to a firewall, the heating system doesn't work, not sure if even exists. Feels like the walls made by paper as you can hear your neighbour talking. Other than these, location wise is pretty good, just a few minutes away from La Rambla, however the streets don't feel safe around. Wouldn't go back here next time.
