Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was in perfect condition, very clean and roomy. The breakfast which was included with the room was nothing short of spectacular! If I ever go back to Barcelona, this is where I'll stay.

The manager is extremely rude and has no respect for the guests whatsoever…..He had no respect for women as well….. On being spoken to regarding this he argues and just mocks whatever you say…… This is not acceptable when you pay for something the least they can do is offer good hospitality

We booked in late one night because we were stuck. Staff were polite, friendly and professional.
Room basic but clean. Decor minimal and tired (April, before the season). Bathroom minute, ac off (“we have the heating on”) which is no good if you’re from a cooler clime.
Very convenient for exploring the city. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. So we did not eat in.
The next day we moved, for three nights, to the three star Hotel Lugano. It’s around the corner, cleaner, great breakfast, lovely staff and cheaper.
So here’s my point: set yourself up as a four star and charge more. Set yourself up as a three star and provide a better service. When we come back I know where we’ll stay and it won’t be the Garbi Milleni.
Room tip: Pay more attention to reviews than star rating.

Best hotel breakfast ever, top quality in beautiful breakfast room ,excellent front desk staff. The man flaged down a taxi for me in the rain :) 😀 Clean, comfortable rooms, firm mattress . Hotel near the metro and cruise port. Lots of restaurants nearby.

A small, average hotel with no services other than breakfast
Rooms ok but cleaning needs improvement. In my room the cleaner completely overlooked replenishing the coffee machine and housekeeping did not remove the 3rd bed despite my request. During MWC pricing was cutthroat

hotel is great location, approx 2 minute walk from metro. Was upgraded as a nice gesture! Jacuzzi and private hot tub are fantastic. Would love to come again. Staff also extremely friendly at reception and always smiling
