Nice hotel, good location. Very clean. Some nice touches, i.e. magnifying mirror in bathroom and proper hairdryer, water dispensers on every floor. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Lovely pool on roof. Lovely, well tended garden to sunbathe or sit in the shade. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic! We wanted somewhere pleasant, reasonably-priced in the city centre and with a swimming pool (as its super hot in July). We got just that.
The room was great, a nice size with a good bathroom and facilities. We ordered a room without a balcony, but just outside our window was a massive garden with lots of seating, which was completely empty most of the time! It was as if it was our own garden. I would recommend a "garden view" room if you do not want to go for a balcony room due to the price.
Rooftop pool, bar and jacuzzi area were all great with nice views. Exactly what we wanted. Although, be aware, the rooftop bar/pool bar is very expensive. 10 euro for a pint of lager kind of expensive.
Location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beach/promenade and 5-minute walk to the station, where you can get on to go to Antibes, Monaco etc. (would recommend both).
The continental breakfast was as expected, lots of pastries, bread, meats, cheeses etc. Even some warm scrambled eggs and sausages, which were nice.
Staff were all great. Everyone spoke good English and were happy to help.
I would recommend this hotel if you are planning on visiting Nice.

Great location. Near the train station and tram.
Room was big! Was really pleased we had a fridge, safe, hair dryer and hangars.
Breakfast was expensive for what you get. 18euros for continental. And it's not the best selection to be honest. So I would not chose this every day.
Love the fact they have water machine on each floor. We filled our bottles every night and morning here. Much cheaper than buying and also better for environment.
All areas were clean and room was well maintained/clean too.
Food in the rooftop is limited and over priced. 15euro for 3 TINY TINY tacos.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great location close to public transport and a wide variety of restaurants. Rooms small but comfortable. Breakfast was temporarily located in the conference room while the dining area was being renovated but still offered everything you might expect for breakfast. Roof top bar is a lovely place to enjoy a drink while seeing a nice panorama of part of the city. Casual dining available in the bar was good value. Some issue with having rooms available for people to check in during the afternoon.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel as I wasn’t too familiar with the area when I booked it online, choose it as it had the option of a rooftop pool and a balcony/terrace! We had a suite which was huge
