Stayed overnight for early morning departure from airport. Very short walk to departure hall. Room comfortable but basic with no minibar or fridge. We had a major change of plans and a difficult journey to Amsterdam and had a problem upon arrival. Chimene at Front Desk became aware of our problem and immediately provided a solution. it was this willingness to go beyond that means we would stay there again for early departure or late arrival and recommend it.
Incredibly convenient location, which combined with the friendliness and service of the staff makes it a top notch airport hotel stay!

The location of this hotel could not be more convenient to the airport, literally 5 minutes away! Rooms were spacious and comfy with views of the airport without any noise. Staff were professional and friendly and we enjoyed the comfy lounge area with the big screen. We will be back!

I came to the reception to get help to make an appointment with Airport services since I can not stand for a long time. There was a man and he said it is not possible and he stated that he called them also. Since I was unable to get the help I came again to ask for the airport luggage trolly so I could get help from that, I met Isuru before also, and when I explained the situation he asked me to wait for a while till he check. After a few minutes, he came with a nice smile and he had already arranged the airport services so that I could get help from them. The next day morning I came to the reception and he was there with a nice smile, Airport services were supposed to pick me up at 07:30 in the morning but they were delayed and Isuru keep me updated on what is going on till they come.
