I came to the reception to get help to make an appointment with Airport services since I can not stand for a long time. There was a man and he said it is not possible and he stated that he called them also. Since I was unable to get the help I came again to ask for the airport luggage trolly so I could get help from that, I met Isuru before also, and when I explained the situation he asked me to wait for a while till he check. After a few minutes, he came with a nice smile and he had already arranged the airport services so that I could get help from them. The next day morning I came to the reception and he was there with a nice smile, Airport services were supposed to pick me up at 07:30 in the morning but they were delayed and Isuru keep me updated on what is going on till they come.
