I had a flight and the hotel was close to the airport. Great price. The free breakfast was funny but whatever. Free shuttle to the airport in the AM. There was nothing to complain about. I even had a fireplace in my room. Will stay everytime I go to Edmonton. I want to roam around LeDuc. Really cute Main St.
I have stayed @ this Inn a few times & have been content. Room is clean & spacious. Corner fireplace is a treat. Shuttle to airport OK & short drive to airport. I do have a complaint about the included breakfast. The downstairs eating area is still closed off??? The desk clerk hands you a small bag (which is adequate) but not until 6:30 am. So if you have a 6 am shuttle to airport, they will not give you a breakfast bag. Really!!! This is an airport Inn & many people have to catch early flights. I hope they reconsider their included breakfast policy.
we love hotel, very clean and nice house keeper, gym and pool which are closed but nice amenities as well. But customer service at front desk. It was terrible.. he seems he wasn’t happy for his job as customer service and acted annoying. Tbh we tried not to ask him al the time and found another person always lol I don’t know what’s wrong with him
My flight to Edmonton was cancelled. I immediately called the hotel, they were fine, said no problem but call Expedia as well. Call Expedia. Wait for one day, two days, most of it waiting getting passed all over.
Today email. Hotel charged me.
In these difficult travel days one would hope hotels would be more helpful. I was already distraught about not being able to make it to very important events.

Clean and comfortable, amazing staff, I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Honestly, best hotel for your money!! And the rooms are massive. Breakfast is perfect, especially if you need to get a fast early start in the morning.
