No door key or key card to fumble with, assigned a 4 digit code - very convenient. No need to search the room for an electrical outlet, outlets available everywhere. Quality bedding, including the firm yet soft pillows.

I had to write a review after seeing all the bad ones. This hotel clearly spent a ton on renovations and it shows, the room was completely updated and so nice and spacious with a mountain view. We couldnt have asked for more! There was lots of space for our baby’s play pen, room to move around and the beds were comfortable. We will be back for sure!

My daughter and I stayed on Dec 23, 2021, on our way to a family Christmas gathering. The fellow who checked us in was friendly and curtious. The room was quality for the $ spent. However, I was charged twice for the same night. When I received my credit card statement, I called to set it straight. I emailed a copy of my statement as proff. I was assured the manager would call me back within the week. A month later, with no acknowledgement from the manager, I called again as a follow up. 3 times in fact, and still the manager has not called me back. I am not even upset about the double charge as I am aware that mistakes happen. What is so upsetting, is that the manager obviously does not value my patronage or that I am out money with interest on my credit card. I now have to take more of my time, to go above him in order to get my money back.
