My daughter and I stayed on Dec 23, 2021, on our way to a family Christmas gathering. The fellow who checked us in was friendly and curtious. The room was quality for the $ spent. However, I was charged twice for the same night. When I received my credit card statement, I called to set it straight. I emailed a copy of my statement as proff. I was assured the manager would call me back within the week. A month later, with no acknowledgement from the manager, I called again as a follow up. 3 times in fact, and still the manager has not called me back. I am not even upset about the double charge as I am aware that mistakes happen. What is so upsetting, is that the manager obviously does not value my patronage or that I am out money with interest on my credit card. I now have to take more of my time, to go above him in order to get my money back.
