The hot buffet breakfast provided was very impressive. The restaurant offered a large selection of items, including, fresh fruits, waffles, omelettes, bacon, sausages, oatmeal , cereals , enough verity to satisfy all guests. Ms. Hassina and her team made sure that everything was organized each morning and that the food was replenished promptly.
The hotel is well maintained throughout and also has a pool, water slide and fitness centre. Overall a wonderful place that is suitable for business, tourists, couples or families.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.
My first impression is that physically, the hotel is in great need of a renovation. Its dated, the carpet is out of the late 90's early 00's. But its important to note that despite this, its very clean. The beds definitly are beyond their lifespan but it was still sleepable for 1 night on a business trip.
Also interesting, the place has a pool, hottub and waterslide. The hottub was properly hot (many in hotels these days are so lukewarm). I was there on a weeknight and the sign in the pool said the waterslide was only open at posted hours Fri/Sat/Sun, but the slide gate was open and the slide water was running, so it didn't seem like they enforce that too much (but I could be wrong...don't make a decision to stay based on this).
Bathroom looks to have been updated someime in last 10-ish years. Shallow tub but clean and no stains or mould.
What suprised me was the staff were great and little details really showed. As a Bonvoy Elite, they had a welcome bag with a drink and some snacks. And I had to leave at 5am for the airport which would mean I missed breakfast (only starts at 6am) but when I checked out at 445a, they had a paperbag breakfast with banana, muffin, yougurt, and orange juice box. Coffee station was also going. It was really nice gesture and really hit the spot.
In summary, place needs a refresh but staff are great and seem to cater to corporate travelers well. Published room rates were crazy expensive for what you get, but at a corporate rate (sub-$150) it was an acceptable price.

When I walked into the room, the AC immediately turned on. I looked up to see a motion detector directly above the thermostat. I went to the front desk to tell them that if there is a motion detector in the room, that I would like it disabled. All three employees claimed this was not the case.
I returned to the room, and crawled into bed. just as I was about to fall asleep the AC turned off. I sat up in bed, and waved my arms around and it immediately turned back on. This happened several times, as I would wake up to a much warmer room, sit up and wave my hands, and the system would turn back on. Towards the end of the night I timed how long it took to shut off, and it was 38 minutes. How is this acceptable?
I calmly brought it up to the front desk in the morning, and they too denied that there was any such system. So not only is the system a horrible thing for the comfort of the customer, they can't or won't disable the system when called out, and repeatedly lie directly to your face when you ask about it.
The rest of the hotel was fine. And the buffet breakfast was pretty good. But if I can't get a good night's sleep, then what good is it all?
BTW, I fully expect the management to lie about this system if/when they reply.
A bad place to stay. Even though they were affiliated with Marriott hotels, don't think they will help you as I called them, her reply was they are individually owned and have there own rules and ways of compensating their guests. In our case , there was not any.
We would never refer anyone to stay at this location. Better to go elsewhere
Overall I have no real complaints about the hotel but I just wish I could have some fresh air.

Beds were not made well, sheets they used too small for the mattress, half way through the night the sheet became my blanket, totally came off from all 4 corners. pillows.....what pillows? as if sleeping on air, not firm or even mildly firm,
the best part was that when we were leaving at 11am, I found a gray shirt behind the chair in the room, I thought it was my kids but it turned out it was left behind from the guest before, who knows if HK cleaned that room.
Staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was ok.
Unfortunately we will not stay at this Marriott ever again and wont recommend it either.
