Place needs a major facelift very run down and pricey in my opinion and lacks a good eating place. The pizzas were made from frozen the rooms lack upkeeping ceilings are full of stains in the rooms. I will not be staying there again and definitely not recommending this place to friends.
The rooms were so dirty and run down. I called to ask for the most recently updated room and I booked that one. The bed frame was in a super slant towards the head we had to rotate the entire bed frame. I’m the other room my pillow had other hair on it. There was no covers on the duvets in either room. They were disgusting and just bare In Between two flat sheets. We took them off so all we had to sleep with was a flat sheet. Shower was grimy as well. Would never go back.
We arrived and were so excited to be there! We entered our condo and it literally looked like a frat party had happened the night before. Pure gross. Dirt running down the walls, candy stuck to the walls. Dirt all along the floors, bathroom full of rust. We found used Kleenex under the beds.. I mean the list just goes on and on. I will say the stay were great to help, but it took a really long time (half our stay) and at the end of it they offered one night free…
Would not stay here. terrible value and awful sleeping experience. the rooms are dark and dated and we had to move rooms because the bed was like a trampoline. when we did that the staff made no effort to show any concern for the bad experience which really ruined the rest of our stay because we were tired the whole time from no sleep the first night. When we checked out the front desk didn't even ask how our stay was.
We stay at this hotel as it is located close to a family member. Each time we have visited it continues to show its age. The beds sag and the furniture is well worn and in need of a refresh. If it wasn’t for the convenient location and the fact that it has a pool we’re we can entertain our grandchildren, we wouldn’t stay here.
